They have cleaned our very light wool rug 3 times now and every time its like we have a new rug. I tried a less expensive service that claims that there will be zero residue left over but they couldnt put a dent in the dirtiness of the rug like Like New. I wouldnt use anyone else ever again. Great service and I highly recommend! Here are some befores and an after showing some coffee spills and heavy traffic completely gone.

These folks do excellent work. They care about their customers and the quality of the service they provide. Our rug had been used for years and then put into storage without cleaning. Like New restored it to brand new condition. I highly recommend this local business and these good people.
