This man is incredibly shady. He does not stick to his own contracts that he makes with his clients. He is involved in MULTIPLE lawsuits. Do yourself a favor and avoid this man and his business at all costs... unless you want a lean on your new home being built. There are other options out there, don’t support somebody as shady and awful as this man.
