Absolute 10! I loved the staff. Very respectful and customer oriented. Just real nice. My PA-C Erin Wagner was awesome. She was friendly, respectful, professional and very informative concerning the reason I came in to the clinic. She gave me some real good ways to reduce my pain which I was never told to do when I had this problem before. I did what she suggested and my pain was relieved. She was very nice and professional. Loved her.

Very comfortable with the care and knowledge of my nurse and PA. Treated promptly and with professionalism. The PA explained the medical condition and plan of care very well. Both nurse and PA were very personable. Front staff very friendly and caring as well.

The front office staff was wonderful and worked me into the schedule even though they were booked. The PA was Amazing and had impeccable bedside manner. Everyone went out of their way to ensure I received the best medical care. My injury could have ruined my vacation, but Novant saw to it that this did not happen.

Very compassionate, professional and knowledgeable staff. Visited here for myself twice and also one of our sons - they have consistently delivered excellent care.

The staff there is really awesome and made me feel very comfortable Erin was very nice and easy going and explained everything very nicely for me I would definitely come back again if needed!

Love the staff at the Mooresville NovantGo location. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Communication via MyChart or associated texting etc makes for a pleasant experience from e check in to arrival and post visit.

You ladies (everyone from front desk, nurse, PA) were super nice and friendly and made a horribly painful experience bearable. Thanks for all the help and care. Also did a great job getting me seen quickly and getting my follow up care with a specialist the next day.

Arrived at ER and was taken in within minutes, was seen by hospital staff in minutes, everyone was very professional and helpful, treatment was quick and efficient.

Horrible post visit experience. Dr did not make any notes for my son’s visit so the current provider can not send in a prescription. The original Dr has not responded to messages. When I called earlier today I was told the provider would call me back in a few minutes. When I didn’t receive the call, I called back to be told the Dr couldn’t help me out. Thanks you could of told me that 2 hours ago.

Really great experience. I saved my spot online and arrived on time. I was taken back within 10 minutes.

Easy check in, very short wait, was seen promptly after hours. Friendly, knowledgeable staff took great care of me. Highly recommended!

To be on Christmas Day they were hands down the NICEST people!! They were great with my 6 year old son, If I didn’t know better I would have thought I was at a pediatric place. We were in and out quick. IF I need an urgent care again I will be visiting here.

Everybody was super nice and I was seen pretty fast and didnt have to wait in the waiting room for forever, definitely my go to place to go!

Injured myself, they only had 2 cars in the parking lot. I was bleeding profusely. They told me the first appointment was at 2:20pm, 3 hours later. That is not what an urgent care is all about. I can’t tell you how many times I was skipped in a rotation over the years because a medical emergency took precedence (and rightfully so). I will tell everyone I know how poor my experience was. Btw, I am one of their patients as well. (Correct that, was)

Doctor Spitler was extremely kind and gracious with my daughter. Her advice was also helpful so thank you.

This place is a TOTAL JOKE.....it is NOT AN URGENT CARE CENTER. However, Atrium does offer an urgent care center, open until 8 pm even on Sundays!

They were wonderful and I really appreciate them! God Bless them all!
