I was desperate for a haircut due to a change in my schedule. I’ve used the same stylist for about 3 decades. I took a chance on a complete unknown salon and stylist. I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the cut, Mileena gave me. Frankly it’s the best haircut I’ve had in quite a while. Mileena listened to my request, made suggestions and I was overwhelmed with my cut and style as I walked out! The price was unbelievable low so I tipped her the price of the cut and still came out spending much, much less. I have already scheduled with her again.

Very knowledgeable and nice. I had a color, hair cut, and an eyebrow wax done. Just felt like a billion dollars when I left since was getting ready for my wedding. Just felt bad for the stylist since she was by herself so she had other clients to deal with.

Told girl how I wanted my hair done. Hah!! No recognition of it. Never shaved my neckstill had long hair on it. Never blew loose hair off me. My daughter in law got her hair cut. Very disappointed. We wanted hair shampooed,didnt do that. We had filled out a paper saying what we wanted done and knew what it was supposed to cost. She was about to charge for having it done. My DIL said No. Now you can tell medo you think we will ever go back there?)

This place is horrible. They stylist are rude and strangely they say they accept walk ins but everytime you show up they are always booked. The last time I went in thr girl cutting my hair was too busy flirting with the Walmart boy that she screwed my hair up. Had I several different lengths all over. I would strongly advise against going here.

Set up a 130pm appointment april 22, showed up 20 minutes early, as veterans tend to do. Salon empty, 1 stylist at counter. Gave away appointment to an old lady that walked in after me.Got lunch came back 15 min later, 5 til appointment. Waited 10 minutes for another stylist to get dressed and clock in, the first stylist gavey 130 appointment away another old lady because she did not show up for her noon appointment.Completely unprofessional and senseless scheduling. 5/5 would fire both stylist.

My daughter wanted am extreme change. These women exceeded our expectations and gave my daughter an amazing new do! Reasonably priced amd amazing staff!

My sister who lives in PA called this salon to set up a surprise birthday appointment for me. When she called she was advised that the easiest way was to get a smart styled email gift card. They gave her details on not adding the tip and no Walmart cards. So she did as the instructed. I went to the appointment and I loved the stylist Jeff, he did a great job. However they refused to except the gift card. I was advised that this location was a franchise and they did not except the gift cards. After everything my sister did to try and do a nice thing, they screwed us both over. My sister tried to get her money back, bust customers service couldn’t help. They sent the franchise owner an email advising them of error and asked them to make it right. However the owner didn’t even have the decency to respond let alone make it right. This place does not care about its customers, they just want your money. The sad part is not the fact that my sister and I both lost money, but that I thought I found a great new stylist. But I can’t in good conscious give my money to this kind of establishment. I’ll find a caring company who deserves my business.

We really like Kaitlyn. However, she had to give my husbands appointment to another stylist who about lost it right in front of us because apparently Kaitlyn has neglected to mention it to her. She also didnt wear her mask while she was all in my husbands face. Guess we wont be back.

Hairstylist Alicia is amazing such a beautiful, smart young lady. Her color correction is perfect in my opinion. Sometimes it’s hard to find a good stylist, it’s kind of scary. I definitely recommend Alicia and trust her with my hair.

I had no idea what I wanted and Alisha took the time to help and explain what she could do to help. I am very happy with her service, attention and haircut and hi&lo lights. I now have a new stylist.

I called to make an appointment for a cut since every time I stop in there is a wait and the wait is endless. The woman who answered asked me to come in at 2 ( I called at 12:30) and that Sharon would be the stylist I would see. I arrive at 2 standing inline behind another customer for five minutes and finally make my way to check in. I give my name to the most unfriendly person I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting who happens to be Sharon- As she’s checking me in another woman comes to stand next to me saying she’s Karen, she was supposed to come back in 15 minutes and she is there. So..... the stylist asks ME to wait 15 minutes to accommodate Karen! I said are you kidding me?! I called an hour and a half ago to make this appointment. The stylist says no I’m not kidding. I stood right there while she went to talk to the other woman who made my appointment. I was taken to the chair first before Karen who wasn’t happy and the stylist apologized to her. Who then sat right next to the booth while I was getting my hair cut giving me the death stare. I wasn’t asked if I wanted my hair shampooed, showed her a photo and explained what I wanted done. She DID NOT speak to me the entire time. I had to ask her to thin my hair since it was so thick it wasn’t even close to what I asked for. I then had to ask her to trim My bangs that were clearly overgrown. Then she never asks if I would like it dried or styled and never attempts to try and remove the pounds of hair on my neck and shirt. The cut was nothing like what I wanted. Sharon seemed to be put out because she had to work today. I will NEVER EVER return here for ANYTHING. Rude and clearly need to be educated on how to deal With clients.

Never never never get your hair cut here. I went in with very specific instructions for my 11 year old. Came out with his hair on the bottom of his head longer than the top. Theres an older Hispanic woman that works there that has ZERO clues on how to cut hair. Asked for a 1 on the sides and a trim of his bangs. His hair is so jacked up. And his bang arent even remotely straight. HORRIBLE!!!!! And then charged me full price after I complained. Dont know her name because she doesnt know how to run the register either and couldnt print me a receipt.

First time visit and Alisha was my stylist. Highlights and lowlights were put in my hair and the results are beautiful. Alisha took the time to go over the process step by step with me explaining about the cover up outcome on the grays and left over color on the ends of my hair. It was a long process and she was on her own in the salon. She addressed the customers questions in a timely manner without ever making me fill I wasnt her top priority. Will be back to see her again. Thank you Alisha!

Placed my name in for myself and hubs to get cuts ttl would have been 50 w/o tip recep said she would call in about 20min in store for that time went back stylist coloring fake head and recep standing and talking no phone call asked if ready said yes however no call no service looked like they did not want to be bothered by cust. anyway. Feel bad for whomever owns this place.

Happy with the service and staff. Alicia is veryattebtive and great with the highlights.

Well not sure if i can share a picture on here but i just got the worste hair cut of my life at tgis place. The woman working currently should be fired and im sorry if your pne of her victims. She was nice but gave me a haircut so bad i look like an insane person .

I have stopped in here a few times over the past couple of months just needing a trim done. Each visit I get the same results, only one stylist at the salon, they never even notice I am there. Eventually after waiting for a few minutes, I have to ask them if they can fit me in. So not only do I feel they do not even care for my business but I have to interrupt the person they are working on as well. Without fail, I receive the same answer, I am sorry, Im the only person here and I have several waiting so it will be at least an hour if not more. I will not return here, as far as I am concerned this is simply poor management. 6 years ago, you could find at least 3 stylist there anytime of day. Way to drive away your customers by only keeping one stylist on the floor.

I went in today to just get a inch cut off and a lady name Lathisa didn’t cut my hair even I’m not even satisfied with my hair cut and I don’t want my hair to my shoulders but she cut it uneven I have to get it to my shoulders she charged me $13.97 for my hair to be uneven they need new workers I’m a mixed girl and she dried cut my hair (white and Mexican) I’m not the only person she messed up on she messed up on my mother’s hair too
