Very responsive and helpful with questions super friendly staff. Kyle was able to save us a couple hundred dollars a year between our home owners and car insurances. He also helped walk me through what was the best life insurance for our family and did a great job at explaining the different life insurance policies that worked best for out family!

Our family has been with Farm Bureau of Mooresville for nearly 20 years. Even after moving to another county we remained with our agent Rebekah and her team because they get things done. We have home, auto and life. Now that are kids are adults they have their own policies with Rebekah also. They make sure we have the coverage we need and all it takes is a call to get our needs met. One of the most organized businesses with a friendly phenomenal team!! Highly recommend!

I recently purchased some personal liability insurance via Farm Bureau for a small business. Moreover, due to unforeseen circumstances I filed a claim for an incident that occurred. The claim was for less than $200 because I covered my $250 deductible. I got a letter from one of their Underwriting Managers a couple of days ago telling me theyre cancelling my policy. So I called the corporate office and the local branch in Mooresville, and couldnt get anything done about it which is extremely disappointing!!! With that being said, I am moving all of my business elsewhere i.e. multi-car coverage and homeowners! I was about to take out some extra life insurance with them too, but thats definitely not going to happen!

Very disappointed in this insiance company. I was in my first every accident last December and they couldnt drop me fast enough. Now I have the same agent but Progressive insurance and its terrible. The local agent never can help me and just tells me to call a toll free number. Whats the point in being an agent if you cant do your job? Oh wait...by just getting paid! Rediculous. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I will be moving as soon as I can.
