The guys from Sound Vision were awesome. 2 days and knocked out an 85 inch video wall with some challenges with the wall we were working with. Marshall, Jacob and Aidan all very professional and attentive to detail. Extremely great service and satisfied.

We just recently completed a sizeable project with SoundVision for our home to install a several tvs, an equipment rack, and various network and television equipment including a matrix for our basement tv. Marshall and the team at Sound Vision did an outstanding job helping to add a sound system to our personal training studio in Mooresville, Your Personal Best Fitness Studio. Marshall designed a system perfect for our space. We now can provided music to motivate and entertain our clients that does not drowned out the conversation the trainer needs to have during each workout. The system installation went smooth and the system blends in with our interior design perfectly. Our system is also used friendly.

We had an issue with the WiFi coverage in our home along with needing to upgrade our video system. Brad was prompt in meeting us to discuss our needs. Once installation started Marshall and Jacob took lots of time and effort to see everything was working to our satisfaction. I’ve had a lot of different service people doing work for us in the past and I can honestly say these two were the most professional people I’ve had desiring to make sure our needs and wished were met. I have run small ($6mm) and large businesses ($21B) over my career. I must say that I have never had better customer service as what SoundVision provides. They are super-competent, and most importantly possess the winning combination of sensitivity to provide services to a less than knowledgeable civilian world that may not be as adept at the technical aspects as they are. They are patient, responsive teachers that always offer options, and best practice solutions to problems, and were prudent time managers and cognizant of cost management in relation to performance quality. Interestingly enough, I closely watched their work ethic, as their people were respectful and mindful of distancing and effective space management in the home environment during this crazy pandemic. I have seen scores of companies that do what they do. They are the best....bar none!

Jack and Aiden were very professional and knowledgeable when they came to put in a new universal report in my theater room and installed Apple TVs to replace my cable boxes. They were very efficient and helpful with the instructions on how to run everything. Very excited to be able to run all my components again. They also got my cameras back on line for me. As a single mom, I pride myself on being able to tackle most household projects by myself, but hanging a 65 tv is not one of them. Marshall and Brad to the rescue! Brad set me up with Marshall and he was able to get to my house within 24 hours. Marshall arrived on time (actually I was late but he accommodated) and had all the tools he needed to get my Samsung Art TV up and running. I had no idea how involved the process was but lets just say there was a large drill and wires and lots of other items that your average handyman would not have had. Brad and Marshall got my tv up and running quickly and walked me through Samsungs setup process. Marshall even went to the trouble to put the legs back on the tv that was previously mounted on the wall...which would normally have required a trip to the hardware store for screws, etc. Since they did so well with the tv, I thought they might be the perfect fit to move a really heavy grill as well. SoundVision (Marshall and Freddie) did a fantastic job getting my whole house wifi set up. Had issues with Sonos and they came back out to get the whole sonos system reset and working. Would recommend these guys for any project you have.

We have used SoundVision twice now for our new home. The first time was to set up a whole home solution. After consulting with Zach, we choose to go with a Sonos system. We have been very pleased. We then needed to install/mount a TV outside, and they assisted with that as well. They may not be the cheapest, but their installation crews more then make up for that with their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail!!!

Our school was in desperate need of an overhaul to our phone system so naturally we called several companies for quotes. Zach was far and away the easiest to talk with and the most knowledgable consultant of the various companies I spoke to. Zach consulted us on what would be the best product for our needs and did not try to up sell us at every turn.We agreed to a contract with SoundVision to install and upfit our new phone system and we couldnt be more pleased with our decision.
