Love love love this company! They listen to your needs and wants! Their communication is incredible and care about you as a person too! Steve has done an incredible job! Our experience was nearly identical to the review by Timothy. Called to verify our Monday appointment on Thursday, Steve assured us he would be here. Several calls on Monday resulted in no answer or call back. Tried to make an appointment with other pool companies, but no surprise, they are all booked way out. Steve wasted weeks of our time, my daughter didnt get the pool party she was looking forward to for her 11th birthday, and now Im six months pregnant trying to scoop leaves off the pool floor myself so we can enjoy it before Summer passes us by. My kids were so excited to finally have a house with a pool, too bad this experience has tainted their first summer in our new home.

SO DISAPPOINTED... I gave it a 1 only bc, on occasion, Steve answered MY initiated texts, and led me to believe hed actually show up to service my pool & sand filter... for sure, next week-March 23, two days out, this week for sure-March 29, can I have your address, Im about caught up and will be at your place this week-April 5 - Its now 24 April... His quotes... There are a few other pool businesses that were alot more helpful, to include one guy that has actually retired and does not work on pools anymore (only builds them now), so, reconsider before you get drug along for over a month, with very little contact, unless initiated by you, with spare days on hand to wait for replies. Writing this makes me sad, but doing right is always the right thing, regardless of busyness. If Steve would have told me I can come see you in 5 weeks, Saturday, at 1500, bc of heavy workload, and showed up when appointed, this would be a totally different review, Im sure. Not any way to treat this potential customer, retired Veteran, and newer local citizen.

Super helpful and friendly. My family is new to town he was very helpful with local businesses and able to give us directions. Steve comes every week. We have a saltwater pool and it looks amazing. keep up the good work!!

Steve and Chelsey do a great job. Theyre not overpriced and will only service what you need. Its a lot more enjoyable in your pool when you dont have to work on it all the time. I would suggest getting a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning contract with them!
