Second time now that the delivery person has not knocked or made any attempt at actually delivering our packages, all we get is a notification that, An attempt was made. Of course, they didnt. Both times we were at home less than 5 feet from the front door. Also they must be time travelers because the attempt made notification stated they tried to deliver the packages at 3 P.M, and the message was sent at 12:30 P.M. Strange how such beings have trouble delivering mail.
I love the mail kiosk in the lobby! Makes it so much easier to ship a package especially if the post office isnt open. I just wish the kiosk worked more often than it doesnt work.
A part of me wanted to give 2 stars for the nice guy who has been trying to help but I have seen so solution. I have had several packages scanned delivered when picked up. Causing me to get bad reviews and loose customers. I have to almost daily check where a package is cause they dont know how to update their system. That is time consuming. Then I find out my packages are still there a week after being picked up or lost. I pay for 2/3 day priority and my packages dont even leave route for a week? This has become very frustrating. I have spoken on the phone several times and in person twice about this. I even confronted my carrier, which I dont even use my own mailbox now cause Im afraid my packages will get scanned incorrectly or lost. I even have to tape them completely up, all over. Even though I use their boxes my customers get empty boxes with letters saying the contents were emptied. Seriously, what does that even mean? Why would you deliver an empty box you opened. Covid is the biggest excuse I have also gotten. Not to mention them telling me they have received so many packages lately its been like Christmas. I am about to fil a claim on each and every shipped box. I am so disappointed in the USPS. You can also look at my ratings and see I am not 1 to give low ratings, so it took a lot of frustration from this postal service before I decided to leave this.
They loose packages, and also ther packages might not go out for over a week. Worst post office.

I mailed a certified letter to 4 different people on 3/20. As of today only 3 have been delivered and one is sitting at a facility in MA. The destinations were all in Oklahoma. This letter is regarding a court case and needs to be signed and returned before the court date which is in two weeks. I’m wondering if they sent it to the wrong destination initially as two were headed to the same area. Really doesn’t make sense for everyone else to receive it but not the one person, the main person that it needs to reach.
I have been using this post office for at least 30 years. Always friendly people. My favorite post office EVERZ!

I only had a short wait during peak hours. The woman behind the counter was cheery and helpful. They also had a great selection of limited edition stamps.
I had a package with an attempted delivery on 09/23. No one was home to sign so they left a notice. I requested to have it held at the post office because no one was going to be home again the next day at the time they tried to deliver it.Today I came up to retrieve my package and they could not find out. The man then tells me it was out for delivery still...exact opposite of what I wanted. I said okay thats fine Ill just wait for them to get back then. I wasted 30 mins at the post office waiting only to find out they ended up delivering because someone was now home.Dont leave a notice with an option for pick up if youre not going to do what was requested. I wasted my own time and gas driving here for nothing. The man did not even offer an apology or sorry for the inconvenience as I was leaving. Bad customer service and no communication with their systems.
It’s ridiculous that every night I try and go to the 24 hour parcel due to my work schedule, it’s jammed. I mean you people that work there must know it doesn’t work. I’m Sick and Tired of making trips for nothing. Tonight I went to 3 different post offices and couldn’t make one drop off
Pros: theyre close to my house and cheaper than UPS / FedEx.Cons: Oftentimes, there will be a line out the door and a single employee instead of three manning the counter. 50/50 on whether youll get a helpful employee or an excessively rude one. These kinds of attitudes would not survive in the private sector.
Our mail carrier will frequently skip our house and not deliver our mail, if there is a car parked in front of our house. We have neighbors that have company and sometimes park in front of our home. The cars are NOT near or blocking the mailbox at all but if the mail lady cant drive up and put the mail in our box she will skip our house just so she doesnt have to get out of her car are walk up to the mail box. Its ridiculous.
Most horrible postal service I have ever seen. In my neighborhood the so called mail man delivers mail to the wrong address. Constantly having to take mail to correct address and hoping someone will bring mine to me.Cant order from Amazon because if I am lucky enough to get it delivered it will stay in the mail truck unless I go out and get it. He is too lazy to walk it to the porch. The main reason Moore post office is the worst. I was issued a subpoena for court thru registered mail and never received a notice to come in and sign. So because of the ridiculous mail service I missed my court date. Filed a complaint. All the manager could say is Im sorry.Really. What a waste of federal government dollars. Problem wont ever be fixed.
Some of the employees are very nice but the majority are rude. Good luck getting this place to redeliver packages, I had a package missing for a month. Back on the same situation now, this facility is hugely incompetent.
I dont understand all of the negative reviews. When I visited it was very busy. They had all 3 counters open and a lady was sent out to see if she could help with any quick transactions. I needed a PO box and she gave me the form, a pen and a place to fill it out. As busy as it was I still was out in 10 minutes with my new address and keys. Excellent friendly staff. A+
Worst customer service I have had. I’ve shipped plenty of packages with absolutely no issues. Well I decided to go to this post office because it was on my way to an apt instead of the one in okc that I normally go to. I literally got told that she couldn’t ship my package because it was the wrong color. I’ve been using the same boxes for a year with no issues and she refused to ship it because of the color. I’ll never go back here again

Waited over 2 hours over 3 calls and never spoke to no one. Did the return call thing. They called me back 3 times....no one was on the line . I held once and listened to promos for 25 minutes to get call dropped. My wait time was supposed to be 3 to 9 minutes. Cant wait for government to take over healthcare!

They never close my mailbox properly, mail blows out of it. My Christmas cards were in a puddle by my mailbox. Totally disgusted!! I call to complain and there is an hour wait. Does anyone there care? Id really like to know. Please reply!
I have a very positive view of this post office. A few days ago, I made a mistake and dropped an envelope in the drop box that only had a first name and last name on it with some of my addressed mail. I called yesterday I called to try to get it and a young man checked and was apologetic when he couldnt find it. He told me it was probably in the dead letter office. Today, I came home to check my mail and THE LETTER WAS IN MY HOME BOX!!!! Someone went the extra stepas to deduce where it needed to be and made sure it got there. Thank you. I am impressed.
I have had several issues with this post office not getting my mail to me. And now Im having another one, there are at least 2 things I know of in the past month that have not made it to me. Shouldnt such a gross neglect of a Federal operation be looked into? I also cant stand most of the people at this site. They finally have one person helpful and courteous; if you do have an issue Chris will help and get back with you in a very short period of time.
Why isnt the the kiosk open? There are way too many people in this small customer service office in a time when social distancing should be honoured. People are dying. This is very disappointing.
Worst post office!! The white lady in the back said she would contact me about my car they had a pothole in there parking lot and I didn’t see it and it scratched my bumper from the front I told her and took my information down said she puke contact me to see what they could do and it’s been a month now and nothing I go this post office every month to buy more then $1000 worth of stamps to get this service! I emailed them also and they never answer me back obviously she avoiding me don’t tell me you’ll try do something and can’t fix it and lie to me about it !
This place is the worst. Go anywhere else if you can.
Twice now after coming back from a mail hold they have crammed a weeks worth of mail into the tiny curbside mailboxes rather than walking (or driving) the 20 ft to my house. The amount of mail/magazines/small cardboard boxes crammed into such a small box is absolutely ridiculous. This is in sharp contrast to the polite service received at their counter. Somebody needs to train their mail carries better.
I actually paid to have UPS ship my most recent package and for some reason they transferred it to USPS. Now, Im sitting here reading that my package was delivered and it wasnt, so someone else got my package and I cant get a hold of an actual HUMAN to talk to. And after reading the other reviews, its amazing that anybody gets their mail delivered correctly around here... I paid UPS to get my package to me, not for them to hand it off to people who could care less who they deliver my stuff to. So be aware when you ship UPS, cause they just might transfer your stuff to the all wonderful USPS for them to lose it.

Package says delivered, but it definitely is not. And now my package coming up missing from a few days ago is starting to make so much sense. 0 for 2.
Absolutely horrible service my carrier is a great guy and always curtious and super nice to my kids. But the story itself is terrible 1. They wont answer the phone and I mean never called probably 20 times in a week and not 1 answer 2. The people are super rude couldnt be more condescending I will be using FedEx or ups from now on
Horrendous customer service. I do not have a sufficient enough amount of words for how obvious it is that the individuals working here constistently feel inconvenienced by having to perform their typical daily duties. It’s always a battle to get anything done, and I frequently spend half my time arguing with the individuals about things their coworkers have instructed me to do previously (this is in direct reference to simplistic tasks such as buying stamps, sending a letter certified mail, and even sending off a small package). This location is perhaps the worst I’ve ever encountered.
They took my own credit cards out if you find credit cards with the name Jayla and jaquaylon on it please deliver it back to the address they are important
Not only was the attendant not helpful when i told them I needed my mail forwarded to another address but now i have to try to intercept a package that is being shipped back over seas. To top it off the web site and call lines are just as abysmal.
Take your items to UPS or Fedex!!! You will not be sorry. This place is absolutely terrible. The employees are so cocky and arrogant, will not assist you with filling out shipping labels, and purposely try to make you feel stupid (The leader of the disrespectful and smart aleck employees is Preston). It is almost as though they compete to make the next customer in line upset and frustrated. No wonder the reviews for this location are so horrendous.
This has to be One of the Worst Post Offices in the Country. There is always a Line Out the Door. And if you do wait then you Realize the there is only 1 or 2 Post Office Workers and they are Both Very Old and Very Slow. If you have a Choose you might as Well Drive 15 Minutes and go Elsewhere if Possible.
The USPS has been sending out different Postal Carriers to my Apartment Complex the continue to place mail within the locked mailboxes of which doesnt belong to them. I will be calling them Tuesday to find out why my tracking number for my VA Medications indicated delivered Sept. 1 at 4:34 PM this is a unacceptable mistake. I will also update the OKC VA Medical Center tomorrow morning.
Well again the usps failed me same thing as last time tracking is messed up not going to be here today and they have no idea where my package is at god who runs this outfit in moore its like the worst postoffice i have even seen and there rude on the phone and have no knowledge whatsoever of how to talk to you or address a problem and funny i just got a spam email that says welcome to our new tracking system from usps hahaha what a failure it is and everyone that works here in moore i-35 your worthless moore hates your service look at the bad ratings you have truth speaks its self

Just got my mail and but not my package i was waiting on a package from Canada its been over a week now and now the usps dont k ow where it is but they scanned it in this morning at 7 am so I called its almost 4pm now still notta she called the carrier and said to check her truck I was watching on the phone and she did.nothing but sit in her truck then I stated we have got neighbors mail all around the neighborhood and they have got ours even packages that wasent our address jeez people whats it take well guess this is another fail on the usps hope you find my package its around 400 bucks you just lost or misplaced or who knows where its at they obviously dont ugh

They seem to have some issue with picking netflix DVDs up. I really dont see how it takes any more effort than any other piece of mail, but the mail carrier just refuses to take the DVDs in my mailbox.
Terrible service. Sent 652 flyers to the wrong route and refuse to make it right even with a confirmation number. Got hung up on by the supervisor on purpose because he insisted he was right even with my proof.
This is the second time we have had issues receiving packages from usps! First time they had mixed up my package with our neighbors package down the street. Can they not read? I also paid extra to get my package delivered at a certain date. Didnt receive it that day, their excuse was it missed the truck and should be delivered the next day. Here I am sitting on my couch when I get an e-mail stating sorry we missed you notice checked my mailbox only to find the same notice. I didnt hear a knock on my door or my doorbell ring! Thanks a lot. I also have a dog who barks at the smallest knock and she didnt do a thing. Next time I will use anything other than usps just to get service.Oh and their attitude is the worst. No care in the world that they didnt do their job properly. We will send it out tomorrow. Not good enough, sorry.

My experience has been similar to other reviews. Went in to mail a package to Canada, was told one thing by one clerk. Had to repackage my item, went to the second clerk, was then told my new box (the one the original clerk told me to buy) was too large. Then I had to PAY for said box and ended up walking out with my package still not sent.
I have had problems with multiple packages not being delivered to my house, they either send it back to the store I purchased it from or they will market as undeliverable which is BS or they simply put it in someone elses mailbox !! Sounds like new management needs to be implemented .
These people really hate their job.
I have had issues with this post office not getting my mail 2 me and bringing me other peoples mail and now purchased a book of 20 stamps 1 is missing the other is torn off the worst post office in history they must have voted for obozo 2 destruct this country ha i think they need to be drug tested maybe eating canabas cookies .

I changed my P.O Box to my office over a month ago and have not received any mail! This is for my business and the mail which I have yet to receive has over $5,000 floating out there and they have NO IDEA where they are so I have to try and contact ALL my customers to see if they have sent a check and have them cancel and re-send it...THIS IS A NIGHTMARE! go to any other Post Office for your mailing needs unless you just dont care, use them!
Post office makes zero attempts to deliver a package to my door. I will be waiting by my window for some of my packages to make sure I can sign for my items but postal service employee will just mark my item as undeliverable or delivered when they arent even near by! I havent had issues with any other branch. Just this one
