I personally have had the privilege of meeting with the residents and staff of Santa fe place. The professionalism of the staff is outstanding. Residents are always smilingAnd,make my day brighter.I would recommend this home to anyoneWith the goal of personal independence for a brighter future.
I have worked for this company for 9 years. I have seen faces change (both staff and residents) but what says rock solid is the dedication to keeping the residents well cared for and happy. Most of the staff are happy too! Usually if an employee is angry it is because they want more money or want to do everything their own way. The owner and management are God loving and prayer is common. Last Christmas, the Director prayed before providing us a catered meal, bonus and gifts. I love this job and I love the residents. This is the closest thing to family I have ever known. I am blessed!
I want to commend the staff at Santa Fe Place for the care and compassion they have shown my cousin who has been a resident there for 10 years. They work closely with the families of residents there keeping us informed and involved in all activities. I just want to thank you for the peace and security you provide us by knowing our family member is in great hands.
🤝Great place to work! A fantastic, goal oriented program👉🏼 dedicated to successful patient outcome!🤩
Santa Fe Place/ Sierra House has been a blessing to our family. Finding this type of home for our family member is virtually impossible in the Oklahoma City area. The staff are extremely helpful and caring. I highly recommend Santa Fe Place.
I am editing my previous review as things have changed over the past year. I know my daughter loves her peers and staff but I have to manage her medical care as they had her sign for medications and ended up messing up her long term stability. She is back on track now and hopefully the struggles with administration will go down over time and teamwork can be put in place. Being told If you dont like the way we do things here take her home! Was quite surprising but I just deal with another administrator there and avoid the explosive one. When I called the State to come help they cited them for two of my complaints not giving receipts to the Representative Payee and Not providing documentation to enable Guardian to pass on to my daughters medical team. The RETALIATION for this was to instantly EVICT her from the group home. I would think twice before coming to Sante Fe place and as another reviewer wrote They have a good facade but if she could give 0 stars she would I whole heatedly agree with her post. If you do place your loved one here TRACK everything, medicines, behaviors, financial, and personal items. Weve lost 5 electric shavers, 1 cell phone and some clothing. This past year has taught me a LOT about looking deeper before we admit.
I have had the pleasure of working here for awhile now and I will say this I’ve been very blessed by this company. They have helped me in many ways from letting me leave mid shift for an appointment for my kid or my wife got a flat tire and I needed to go change it, to being promoted within the workplace to management. The residents well don’t get me started they are to die for 😁😁😁. If you’re looking for a family then this is the place to be. Easy to give 5 stars to I don’t see how anybody could give less than that.
My sister has lived at SFP for ten years. They have been crucial to keeping my sister healthy and happy. The staff has been helpful and willing to help her with whatever she needs.
I have had the privilege to work here since 2007. The staff are amazing and the program is top of the line. I truly wish there were more ICFs in Oklahoma like this.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My son was there for approximately a year. Staff members did a good job of presenting a wonderful facade; but that was exactly what it was, a facade. The acting director is not qualified and has a sketchy arrangement with her mother who supposedly has the credentials. Of course the mother is never there when I asked to meet her and never available. Long story short, after emergency admittance to the hospital and minimal heart damage occurred, I pulled my son out. Employees were allowed to nap on the couches during their shifts or sit outside and smoke while clients wandered around inside. And, somehow, my posts keep getting deleted.....hmmm. You want a true review? You just got it.
I worked there it was awful they did sit out side all day smoking and where very unprofessional the hole family that owns the place is corrupt and unprofessional I loved the residents as they loved me i was fired when I asked what I did I was told they did not have to tell me why they where firing me I believe it was because of my faith in God as they always made fun of me for talking about god I miss the sweet residents and fill sorry for them all the time hopefully it get shut down or under better management
My son really loves Santa Fe Place!
