Employees in rental department at this location dont know how to operate their store phone system. Customer service employees/management unwilling to check on or teach rental departments employees how to use the phones. Rental part of website is down, also. I am now worried about the health and safety of the rental department employee and the future of this establishment overall. Probably should just buy everything on Amazon and let this brick and mortar store pass away, as the employees in the rental department and the quality of service in the customer service department seem to have. Good place to pick up stuff if you dont need help though.

Masks are required unless you work in the tools rental section then you can leave your mask pulled down under your nose. Kinda seems pointless. Its like wearing a condom with a hole in it.

The rental process is slow especially if there is any additional customers than yourself. The equipment is well maintained but you are own your own loading.

They charged me for insurance without asking me if I wanted any on the pressure washer I rented beware then Home Depot people try to charge me $1,700 to install a hot water tank beware

Very unhelpful at this location. It was clear that the rental desk clerk was not interested in assisting customers with their tool needs.

Great for renting whatever I needed to rent.

They price match every other store AND have tool rental which I use frequently and is quite handy.
