I dropped a bag off to have zipper replaced I while I was was in town. Owner called everyday to tell me she could not find zipper. Finally I asked if it would be fixed before I had to fly out and she said yes! On day I was to pick up sshe called again and said not fixed! Very upset as I could have taken it to someone else!!!!

I have a leather jacket that is very thick. I had been looking for someone who could fix the sleves for 16 years. Everyone said no it could not be done.The cuffs were too big and let in a ton of air when on my Harley.The experts at Moore Tailor and Alterations did the job perfectly.

Dropped off a pair of jeans with a small rip. The woman at the counter said I could pick up the same day! It was really inexpensive and quick! I will definitely be doing business here more often.

She did a great job! I brought in three dress, two of them I needed the shoulder straps taken in since Im a short girl and the third I had a zipper added. All three fit much better now. The four stars is for the price, which was just a little expensive for me. She did a solid job on my alterations so Im happy with even the cost. Ill be going back.$16/dress for the shoulders and $15 for the zipper.

We use them to alter our show clothes for equestrian competitions and theyve done a wonderful job. Fast work and reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

Lilly is sooo nice! She knows what she is doing. I had a last minute alteration before a HUGE Gala Fundraiser. Not only was it expertly altered, but it was prompt and the rate was great. Lilly can be difficult to understand when we get talking fast, but that is because she is so personable :)

The appointment went awesome today and everything was good as expected I love my awesome dress my awesome daddy and my brother was there and my grandma was to I felt like a beautiful stunning bride I would recommend her to any buddy I am so glad how everything went today thank you for doing my dress and I know it was a hard job but she did great I apologize for the post before and she was very nice to me I am one happy bride

Doesnt deserve a STAR AT ALL!!! I have used her for years she is never friendly and seems put out most of the time. She has always done a decent job and is close to home so I have continued to use her. Took my wedding dress in when I went to pick it up it was awful!!! She ruined it!! I was so upset and tried to explain to her what was wrong she started yelling saying I didnt tell her what I wanted. I just wanted it fixed so I tried to take partial blame and tell her it was miscommunication. Nothing I said helped she was so rude jerked the dress out of my hand and told me to come back. She called a few hours later I went back it was worse. I was so devistated!! She charged me ten dollars more for fixing it I paid and went on my way. I will never go back its not my fault she does not understand or speak clear English and ruined my dress!! I will never use her again and it sucks because I went to her for years..she even knows who I am it wasnt like she had never seen me and I just came in complaining.

Friendly service and akways does an excellent job! I’ve taken in suits, skirts, dresses and jeans and I’m always pleased with the work!

Horrible customer service skills!! I took my daughters formal dress to be altered in the bust area last year because it was too big & she made it way too small. It wasnt a huge deal, she fixed it free of charge no problem. Everyone makes mistakes so this year for formal once again I took my daughters dress to her to be altered in the chest area. We took the strapless bra shes wearing with the dress & she measured & pinned the dress. I even reminded her in a joking fashion not too tight, we dont want a repeat of last year. When I picked the dress up on Tuesday i pay & I didnt have the bra with me so I told her I would just have my daughter try it on at home. We get home & once again its way too small. I had her try it without the bra & it was still too small. We take it back to the shop & the owner is pulling & squeezing saying she doesnt understand bc she didnt take it in that much. She pulls so hard she breaks the eyelet. She remeasures my daughter & tells me shell let the dress out & have it ready the next day. I say ok & ask her to please reset the eyelet that SHE broke. 3 hours later she calls me & was VERY RUDE telling me that she just remembered my daughter didnt have a bra on at the initial fitting & thats why its too tight. I inform her that yes she did have the same bra on & we bought it for this occasion. She tells me she thinks Im wrong & tells me to ask my daughter. So I go track my daughter down put her on speaker & let her ask herself, where my daughter tells her yes she had that same bra on. Then the owner tells me no she knows we didnt, as shes talking over me & cutting me off from talking, I try cutting in & she YELLS at me to LISTEN TO HER! Im like look we bought that bra on the way to your shop, she popped the tags off it in your dressing room, Ive told you this, my daughter has told you this..so youre calling us liars? Bc you did the same thing last year where you took it in too much & lets just PRETEND that youre right & she didnt have a bra on, can you explain how come even with the bra OFF it still doesnt fit? She then huffs says see you tomorrow & hangs up in my face. I go pick the dress up (the dress she REMEASURED the 2nd time with the same bra on) & its STILL too tight. It wont zip. It will only go up WITHOUT the bra this time. Whats her excuse this time bc she knows she had the bra on the 2nd time for sure? She has no excuse other than saying over & over that it wasnt on the first time. Yes it was! But ok Im passed that, it definitely was on the 2nd time. Shes yelling screaming & talking over me & wont let me get a word in IN FRONT OF MY CHILD! She tells me its $3 extra dollars & im like for what?? I already paid & I have my receipt, SHE SAYS $3 TO FIX THE BROKEN EYELET! Are u kidding me?? The eyelet that SHE BROKE?!?! Two customers come in while shes continuing to yell like a mad woman whos completely unprofessional about how there was no bra. I know this is long but Im fuming & I really dont want anyone else going through the same thing bc her customer service skills are seriously lacking!! Ill never use her again & I wish I could give her negative stars but the site wont allow it. Btw the owners name is Lilly Ngyuen..hmm interesting how the reviewer below has the same last name!

She did all my clothes every years. My clothes looked very nice and fit on me.

The proprietor said that they would offer measurements for free when I spoke to her over the phone, but when I went into the store, she changed her mind and said it was $15.

She did some of my clothes, and did an excellent job......

I brought to her 2 dresses, the size are the bigger than my size, because I bought on sale. She fitted in and my dresses fit well, the next day, I came to pick its up, she did not charge extra.
