I am so happy that I chose CAX auto sales on S Shields. I got a great little Honda SUV. It’s old but still stylish and has a tight engine. Nothing major with the body, just a few dings here and there. But, I got a fair price on this SUV. It was quick, no pressure and honest. I was very pleased with my experience and purchase.Run don’t walk to this place if you want an honest fair deal.

I had the pleasure of meeting Steve. He was extremely helpful and honest. Not only did he find the problem with my car, he showed me exactly what was wrong. The shop was in incredible shape. Very clean and organized. I also looked at some of cars for sale. They seemed fairly priced with awesome financing!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT buy a car from this place. I bought one and drove it once after I bought it and it needed a new engine. I’m now out 3500 plus whatever the new engine will cost. Literally go anywhere but Cax.

Stay away from this lot. The owner Steve is a liar, and a thief. I was robbed of $1000. I made a $500 down payment in cash that he took without giving a receipt and then went to my bank claiming he never received a down payment for the car. So they wrote him a check for the full price, and now I have to pay another 500 on top of what he pocketed. I was taken advantage of. He will probably comment saying that’s not true, or that he never took the cash down payment. But the fact is I wouldn’t go through the trouble of posting this review if it wasn’t true.

Dont go there I took my truck to get the ac fixed and he had it for a weak and when i got it back it wasnt fixed and he said it was fixed and said when it left it was fixed so if it is not know then sorry for your bad luck cause it was blowing cold when it left

My experience with Can was a bad one not a very honest and reputable place I had engine repairs and I was out a lot of money they dont stand behind a deal so my advice would be go somewhere else and do the reviews so
