Kyle the owner and Jason came on time and cleaned the air ducts for 2 houses I manage in Moore. Kyle described in detail what they were going to do to clean and remove the dust, pollutants, and mold from the air ducts. The houses had been smoked in for years and all renovations done so getting the air vents-duct work thoroughly cleaned and sanitized was important for a complete restoration. Jason set about getting the work done. They had all needed equipment. He was polite and friendly. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. Then added a clean freshening scent that made the house smell great and swept up before he left.5 Stars!

Can’t say enough about this company! Clifford came and helped us today. I had him clean my couch cushions, 4 dining room chairs, and an 8x10 rug. I have 2 kids and 2 dogs. All my furniture is light beige and gray, and with my young kids you can imagine some of the stains that can come with that. I was a little worried, because the last guy I tried was not able to get all the stains out. He was in and out super fast, cheap, but not quality work. Clifford, however, took his time and assessed all the stains and problem areas. He was attentive to detail, and went above and beyond the previous company. Not to mention, my chairs and rug look brand new! I’m very happy with my experience. Worth every penny.

My realtor recommended Kyle to do the carpets in the house i had just bought. In many locations throughout the house (doorways in particular) the carpet had raised up a bit, Kyle did a great job of cleaning and stretching the carpet. Carpets looked brand new.Also had a payment issue online when I accidentally paid twice, called Kyle up and within an hour it was refunded to my account. Great service and customer care.

I chose to use this company for rug cleaning because they picked-up the rugs from my home and offered to return them at no extra charge. I was impressed when the truck arrived at my home on time within the 30-minute window discussed the day before. Most reviews given for businesses are to each extreme, either Good or Bad. Additionally, every business has a margin of error. However, what separates the Good from the Bad is how mistakes are handled by the business. Kyle from Precision Carpet Cleaning & Water Restoration responded quickly, professionally, and compassionately to me when a mistake was discovered on my order. My contact information was missing from the order for my rug cleaning service. The employees who collected my rugs did not complete a work order request. Additionally, I did not ask for a receipt. When I telephoned Kyle about the whereabouts of my rugs, he immediately responded to my concerns, apologized, and assured me the rugs were clean and at the shop waiting for claim from their owner. Kyle took complete ownership of the error when I too was at fault. His admirable characteristic is why I will use this company again in the future for all my carpet cleaning and water restoration. Kyle did a heck of a job! My carpets were in desperate need of a good deep cleaning and I wasn’t sure it could even be cleaned all that well. Having a 4 year, 3 teens and a dog it has had better days. But Kyle came in with his magic carpet cleaning machine and made Them look AMAZING! The carpets are soft again, my wife is happy, this all leases to a happy life!! Thanks Kyle!! I’ll be calling again!!
