Unfortunately they got the legal description of the land incorrect and the County thank God informed me . There were other discrepancies as well to much to go into . . I would choose another agency.

Their research, communication and service are excellent and closings are flawless. Real estate can be a tough and demanding business and I know of several deals....both my own and other brokers....which might not have come together without their help and accommodation.
