Not a place to take your car to service if you believe/value Toyota brand and its dependability and reliability. If you live far away, dont even bother taking your car to service there. Any Local service centers will have much better customer service and reliability than one in this official Toyota service center.Took my car to get oil change and brakes replaced and apparently there was a recall from Toyota that they didnt even check. So not just your cars safety, your safety is on the line as well.The official Toyota service center over looked a safety recall? what is that? There were some lights that were ON on my dash that they didnt check. After waiting 3 hours, I had to tell them if they had any recommendation or what the issue might be. So my car was not even checked for proper functions while the service was done. The multi point inspection is just a name sake because no inspection was done. After I had to bring those to their attention, they cleared it and gave me a green light and I thought this was just a simple error.But now
Turner is amazing! They were able to fit me in the schedule in a timely manner, shuttled me to and from work while my vehicle was being fixed, and the price was very competitive. And on top of that, they are friendly and inviting!
We were on vacation and had a flat tire. Turner was able to order an exact replacement. It was available and installed later the next afternoon. We can safely travel home the following day!
Everyone at Turner Toyota was so helpful at our recent service visit. We came from out of town to and were made to feel like this was our local dealership! Our vehicle was taken on time, issue addressed and they were also happy to spend some extra time reviewing some feature details of our recently purchased vehicle. Duane, Brooke, Rick and Ed were all great! We know we will return to Turner Toyota when service is needed when we are in the area!
Fantastic service! My light came on to Service the Brake System Todd with the Buick Service did a diagnostic and found just low brake fluid. They filled it and reset the codes and charged me $0!! This was the first time I have had no charge taking a vehicle somewhere for a service call. I will definitely use them in the future.

I’m always pleased with the service I receive from Turner Automotive. They’re great at letting you know what your car needs to keep running and working properly. Even more important, they’re honest and tell you when you don’t need something. I took my car in once for A/C service that I thought I needed and they asked me some questions and then advised me that they would be happy to perform the service but didn’t think I needed it.
Service was GREAT! I went in first thing in the morning without an appointment and they fit me in. That was awesome. They were fast and did a great job. The loss of two stars is based solely on price. My last oil change and tire rotation was in Houston TX at a Chevrolet dealership (I try and only use dealerships when I can). An oil change and tire rotation (combination deal) was $79 without any kind of special or discount. At Turner, they charged separately for the tire rotation ($40) so my total for both was $131 WITH a military discount. Worth it to me because I was at 4% oil life and am in the middle of a cross country trip. But had I known ahead of time I might have shopped around.
I would like to praise Todd who is the guy I prefer when I need service for my Tacoma. I recently had my 50,000 oil change and review of essential elements and Todd was very willing to have questions answered and even presented me with printed documents that shows what is necessary for further service. He got his team ready and it was the quickest in and out in a long time. He is a terrific representative for Turner, I hope he remains for as long as he wishes.
I had the best experience at Turner Toyota. I couldn’t get the car I wanted in AZ, so I called around in CO and found it at Turner Toyota in Montrose. Daniel was incredibly helpful in facilitating a smooth and fast transaction. They had all of the paperwork ready when I arrived, the car was detailed earlier that day and ready to go. It was by far the easiest car purchase I’ve done. And in a time where dealerships are charging over MSRP due to the car shortage, I was able to get an incredible deal on my hybrid car!
Working with Turner Toyota was good. After having our vehicle a couple of days we noticed some details that we feel we should’ve been educated in by the dealers as we hadn’t purchased a new vehicle since 2013 and apparently there has been changes in what Toyota provides their customers with on new cars. We were told there was a spare tire…there isn’t. We also questioned why the underside of the hood had no sound/heat insulation and were told that the vehicle does not come with it but we can “purchase” a hood mat for $400. Unacceptable to us when we have just purchased a $28,000 vehicle. Overall, they were pleasant to work with but somewhat uninformed regarding the vehicles options. It would’ve given us more peace of mind and allowed us to weigh our decision more effectively if we had been more informed.
I’m done using Turner for my service. They always try to sell me more and charge ridiculous prices. An oil change takes 1-2 hours even with an appointment. They told me they won’t rotate my tires cause I need new ones. I don’t need new ones. I went to BigO right after and was told they are good for now. I used to be a big supporter of Turner. Now I travel to another state to buy my Toyota’s.
Was given incorrect information by a former sales manager regarding an extended warranty I purchased at this dealer. I called the warranty company, spoke to the CEO who was a very nice man and was kind enough to contact the dealer on my behalf with my concerns. Long story short I had a problem with my steering system which as it turned out was NOT a warranty covered expense, but the dealer, due to the confusion decided to pay for the needed repair. Im grateful to Mr. Turner, the owner of the dealership and the service manager Austin who always treats me extremely well. I am a ft caregiver to my wife and Austin even delivered my truck to my home after the repair which I really appreciated.

Met Daniel Baker from sales and he made me an offer that was amazing Bought a new Buick Encore GX. The last thing I intended to do that day was buy a new SUV but the Turner folks truly made me an offer I could.not refuse. No pressure, just a great sales team, remarkable service.
Everyone at Turner is friendly and knowledgeable. They performed the work I requested very timely and I was able to wait on-site while they did the maintenance. I would have given 5 stars for my experience if they had marked on the inspection sheet the status of my shocks and struts, ball joints, and steering mechanism. My Sequoia is old, 2002, and seeing a report with a visual inspection of those parts would have been great. The work I was getting done was simply an oil change and alignment and I thought the inspection of the items listed above would have been included in the alignment. I didn’t specifically ask about those to be inspected tho and next time I will ask. Great shop all around.
Joel was good. Slow mechanic and parts people. Cant understand why I was charged for a core when your company kept it. Send in the core and you all keep the money??? Parts dept does not expedite shipping for car less customers 7 -10 days for a part from Denver?Sorry Ross but you folks didnt impress..
Don Bertorello was fantastic to work with. Answered all my questions in a timely manner and was pleasant while doing so.I would buy from him again.The finance guy was like all finance people when dealing with a cash deal. He was a bit of a whiny baby and was arrogant the entire time.
Turner Toyota does not deserve even a single star. It is by far the absolute worst auto experience of my life. Please please please do not ever go here. The customer service is horrendous, and beyond being the most negligent and least knowledgeable people of auto repair costs, they are quite rude. If you need a car or car repair, go to any other option. This place is not in the business of helping people - they will use your situation to upcharge and waste your time. In 4 hours of my car being serviced they claimed the only issue was a battery replacement. Then proceeded to replace it for $270.00Yep, you read that correctly, $270.00A word of advice - stay away from this place.
About what you would expect from a dealership.The receptionist was very helpful. It would have been nice if they washed my car when they returned it after a $1,500 bill.
It was the easiest car purchase we have ever had. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and very relaxed. No pressure at all. We financed a portion of the purchase and I found the finance guy to be professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Best part is we got the car we wanted at a price that was fair and honest. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks again to our salesman Ernesto and our finance guy Randy!
Tough start to my service relationship so far. New truck bought at turner.Dropped for a check engine light. Told me problem was fixed after changing my air filter. Seemed a little suspect since I did it locally and it only had 6k miles on it. Light came on 1/2 hour after picking up my truck. Was told I would have to bring back again like it was not a huge deal. Dealership is a 5 hour round trip and will now be 10 hours into drop offs and pick ups. Not their fault I live where I live but would expect a little more after making a large purchase.
We came from Pueblo in an emergency situation and Alex helped us with no problem. He is an outstanding and honest person. The whole team is exceptional. I will have no problem travelling from Pueblo to Montrose to buy my next vehicle through Turner Toyota.

Over the phone scheduling with Brooke to take care of service out of state was phenomenal, truly exceptional service delivered throughout the whole experience.
The salesman are absolutely fantastic and will do all they can to help you out. Daniel is who I had the pleasure of working with and I wouldnt of wanted anyone else hands down. The only reason I dont have five stars is because the service techs/parts department are extremely rude, unhelpful, and try to do everything to avoid their job. I tried calling them to get questions about a lift I could put on through them (so spend more money there) and the guy just told me he has people waiting on him and doesnt have time for my singular question. They then later ridiculed my significant other when she called to ask about the same for her car and proceeded to trash talk me to her, unknowing that she was my significant other. However, at the very least the salesmen will go to bat for you against the parts department if they are refusing to do their jobs which will 180 your frustrations and the situation. I would buy another vehicle from them, especially from Daniel, but the parts could use some heavy work from management.

David & I stopped in at Turner Toyota to have the brakes checked on the 2016 Highlander during our trip to Montrose. We were given a same day appointment and received the best of service. They discovered that the front rotors needed turning and they did it while we waited. We had questions also about how to work the S mode on the shifting column and a tech expert came out and patiently explained this fully to our understanding. This served to be most heloful on our mountainous drive home. We were pleased and very satisfied, especially as non-locals to receive such prompt and great service.

We were lucky and could easily drive to the dealership for face to face negotiation.Ed was extremely accommodating and helpful. I never felt that I was getting the normal “sales BS”. Ed is also in charge of internet sales. He even sent me videos of my vehicle while it was getting serviced and prepped, while I was waiting to be able to pick it up.I highly recommend Turner Toyota and Ed. I will be returning for service.

The service center has treated me like a friend from the minute I walked in. They take time to hear my concerns and make me feel valued. I have also had to spend chunks of time waiting for my truck to be serviced and while waiting all the employees have acknowledged me and taking the time to say hello. They also have space for you to work while you wait, which I greatly appreciate. Turner Toyota really does feel like visiting a good friend who takes care of you.
This is A.Printz, my experience with Turner service was good. My car was serviced in a timely manner and the shuttle from my house was much appreciated, the driver very friendly. Had a concern with one of the charges which was quickly addressed and adjusted. Would have appreciated some explanation of their recommendation for brake replacement at the time I picked up the car, but when I called the next day Brooke was very helpful in getting me the information I needed. I would recommend Turner.
Went in for an oil change, brake pad replacement and tire rotation ended up needing new rotors. took awhile but safety on the road is most important.
My wife had to stop in to pick up a wheel for her car (hello curb) and the parts team went the extra step to make sure it got installed and checked over for her. Also got her to work so they could take their time. Much appreciated in the extra effort.

I was not very impressed with the service at Turner; normally I LOVE getting my cars serviced at Toyota dealerships. I’ve had a corolla in the past and now I have a Tacoma. No one that I interacted with at Turner seemed very friendly, I felt like an inconvenience. When I made my appointment over the phone, the woman I spoke to was really friendly and helpful, I asked about a complimentary car wash and she told me they always do that. When I arrived for my service appointment the man I gave my keys to looked at me like he was really annoyed that I was asking about getting it washed, he told me “we aren’t set up for that.” When I pressed him, he got short with me and said “we don’t have room”, whatever that meant and that was that. The woman who brought me my keys when my truck was done stammered and wouldn’t meet my eyes when she explained they could not wash my truck because “there was not room” etc etc. I felt like they just didn’t want to wash it because it was an inconvenience. I would have literally paid them to wash it, I just don’t get why that was such a big deal. Every Toyota dealership I’ve been to has done that with a service appointment.ADDITIONALLY: no one in the building was wearing a mask (that’s an exaggeration, I saw 3 people wearing masks. 2 were customers, and one employee out of about 10.) I’m not sure what planet the people of Turner Automotive in Montrose are living on, but not everyone has had the privilege of getting vaccinated yet and as far as I know—I looked up the county rules—it’s mandated that everyone in Montrose still be wearing masks.I’m not going to go back to Turner. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but honestly, I had a much better experience at Western Slope Auto in Grand Junction and it’s 100% worth the extra hour drive to go there.
Every time I go to Turner Toyota I have a great experience. I drive a Lexus and I go there for maintenance ... their technicians really know what theyre doing and all the service staff are super friendly!

Overall the experience was fine, Michael was great! Like any dealership paperwork and all that is time consuming but we found an amazing family vehicle! My only complaint would be leaving the lot with less than a 1/4 tank of gas, most dealerships I’ve worked with before fill up as a courteous jester, but beggars can’t be choosers. I’d say 9/10 experience definitely felt welcomed as we pulled into the lot. Thanks Michael! You the man!
I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance -- oil change, tire rotation, belt replacement. I arrived promptly for my appointment, but it still took them 2-1/2 hours to complete the work. This is a pattern at Turner, at least in my case. They need to (a) expand their service facility, (b) hire more techs, (c) accept fewer appointments, or (d) do all the above. From past experience I know that I could have the same service performed in less time and without an appointment at Big O. Why go through the charade of forcing customers to make an appointment? It may help Turner out with scheduling techs, but it certainly isnt a benefit to customers that I can see.My strong recommendation to future customers is to not wait for your vehicle but instead have someone follow you to the service facility and then take you to run other errands.

Took my vehicle in to the service department recently. All the customer service was very friendly however my vehicle was there for about three weeks, much longer than I was initially told. The communication was less than ideal I had to call for updates, as no one ever called to update me. It was a little frustrating just how long it took and the lack of communication. However, they did work with my warranty and finished the repair.
Attentive customer service, good outfit. We ordered a new 4runner, they did a great job of keeping us in the loop on delivery date, getting the tires we wanted and getting them installed. Ed is a super nice, friendly and knowledgeable sales guy. We would go back!!

I have been trusting Turner with vehicle sales and service for 20 years. The service Department is top-notch and trustworthy... in the few instances I have had to use them! Toyotas are bomber, of course... so its never some crazy bill or surprise waiting for me. The Turner Auto family cares about their customers and we can tell ♥️
Overall, I had a mediocre experience at Turner Toyota while getting a routine checkup and tire rotation. Part of my 25,000 mile warranty. A few things did go wrong. There was a communication error about what vehicle I had purchased back in November, I have no idea how they thought I purchased a Tundra. Next, figuring out how to get my windshield replaced was a hassle, and required me to call back several times.Lasty, one of the team members (Im kind enough not to call out) was openly confident without wearing a mask during a pandemic. That is unacceptable, illegal (according to the mask sign at the front of your own building), and makes some customers feel uncomfortable in the store. Please wear a mask even if your vaccinated Turner Toyota! This is not the service I paid for...
I had an issue with my 4 Runner as I was driving through for work. Despite being absolutely slammed that day, these folks were able to get my car diagnosed, get parts, and had me back on the road before the end of the day.Turner Toyota honestly saved my butt! Im super grateful for their hard work and attentiveness when it wouldve been easy for them to tell me I was SOL with how busy they were. Huge thanks to the whole team!!

Everyone is very nice and the vehicle service seems solid. I was pretty curious why getting my Antena replaced was going to take 6-hours? Also everyone I “check out” it takes a very long time and they try to charge me even though I have Toyota Care? When I remind them I have Toyota Care it boggles them and it takes another 10-minutes

My truck took an all day appt. to do a safety recall. The younger, long-blonde haired girl in service was quite rude and seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. She didnt wear a mask at first and then finally put one on part way. Her being the main one I interacted with left me with a poor impression of Turner.
