Waited all month to get dishwasher fixed. Repair man told us he doesnt do warranty repairs or home depot repairs. He got louder, more rude & argued when we explained LG Co. requested repair. His office accepted & made the date with us knowing LG pays. He didnt check dishwasher. He told us to pay him, even when we showed proof of purchase & 5 year warranty from LG Co. He slammed door leaving while being rude & didnt repair dishwasher. We would not recommend to anyone..

My dishwasher went on the blink. Gave Best Appliance a call. Allen came up, diagnosed the problem, came back and made the repair for a fare price. Been working great ever since! Thanks again Allen!

Friendly and efficient. Had the parts needed for the repair. Called in advance saying he was done with his previous call and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled.

So disappointed with the service we received. We were quoted one price on the service call and charged $40 more than quoted. When I asked why the difference, the service guy seemed offended and suddenly very defensive and told me he was even cutting me a deal. He told me that the office girl apparently was unaware of where I lived. Thats not true because they even rescheduled my service call when she realized where we live and that is when we found out the price of the service call.We called the office after the service guy left so that we could ask about the difference and the office girl was extremely rude and called us a liar. I own a business myself and if I misquote a price to my customer...I take the loss for my mistake. The service wasnt necessarily rude but he was definitely on the defense of every question I asked. The office girl was just down right rude.

Both Becky and Allan are top drawer in customer service! Ive unfortunately had two GE Monogram appliances - an over and refrigerator - that needed repair during Christmas. Allan came when he said he would, figured out what needed to be done, and ordered the part and had the oven repaired in time for Christmas baking! Love this guys and recommend them highly.
