Love Lena, I schedule with her exclusively. I wanted my hair white with a hint of sliver. When we put in the initial color it looked good, but when we tried toning with sliver it didnt want to take. I have a strong warm tone, more golden in my hair. We decided to give it a rest and she redid my sliver plus trimmed my hair today. It looks fabulous!! Exactly what I want. I look more age appropriate for my birthday 67. Love you Lena youre the best.

My stylist was Darcy, she did a wonderful job on my hair, Asian hair can be tough for those whove never dealt with it... Overall, good quality & conversations. Will come back!

Awesome place for a hair cut! Had 2 different awesome ladies do my hair cut and my hair cut isnt that simple and they do it exactly how I want it. I found my new place for hair cuts!! Affordable and they care about the job they do and are incredible at it!

Veronica always just seems to get me. She gets my hair color and understands the curly hair texture, and how weave in the color so that it lasts for months, without one big line. It just seems to grow naturally till it is finally just time for a color. That is the sign of a hair GENIUS! And shes just fun, too! I enjoy chit-chatting with her! I usually feel shy, but she is so outgoing Its just easy. She knows just which products to use and recommend, so my hair appointment is fun and informative. And I walk out of there feeling great! Such a great experience at Custom Cut & Color (Monticello) Im love my hair, and love keeping it long, so its hard for me to cut. I asked for strictly a trim, and got exactly what I asked for! Dead ends gone, and she did exactly what I wanted. Jessi is awesome!!!!! Would definitely recommend you see her if you go there! 5 stars!

Ill start with saying Heather and Veronica are great at the Monticello location. They are friendly and know what they are doing.I had another stylist there totally destroy my hair. It took a really long time to get my hair back to the healthy state it normally is. Heather was able to fix the mess on my third trip back.

They were amazing with my 5 yr old that is normally scared of getting his haircut!!! Definitely recommend!!

Got my hair cut and colored today. I just really cant say how happy I was with the service I was given by Jess. She is amazballs! I have found my hair fairy and I wont be going to see anyone else unless she stops doing hair. I know I just got my hair done today, but I seriously cannot wait to go back again and see what else Jess can do to make me feel so amazing!

I wanted pink highlights, but the color didnt turn out correctly. Jess volunteered to take over and fix it She did an amazing job. We settled on a bombshell popping fred that is perfect! She was so great about fixing the other stylists misstep and talking me through everything Talented gal!

They did a fantastic job with my cut and my color, they were knowledgeable about their products and very friendly. I was super satisfied with the service. Didnt have a long wait time. And was able to set my appointment quickly. Over all this was a great place and I would go back!!!!!

Scheduled an appointment for a kids haircut and upon arrival, I was informed they were running behind. I told them I could wait, and after 20 more minutes, they told me it was going to be quite a bit longer. Walked out without having any services performed and extremely disappointed that they didn’t communicate their scheduling issue before I arrived. This was my 2nd time visiting this location and I will not be coming back.

These other reviews are ridiculous! I have never had better service at a salon or otherwise. I started going here about 3 years ago. They do the best they can to accommodate walk-ins, but they take appointments!!! If youre crabby about not getting in:: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!! It is always hit and miss at ANY salon if you just walk-in. If you want a Fantastic Sams haircut, go to Fantastic Sams!!! But if you want a SALON haircut at a Fantastic Sams PRICE... Go to Custom, Cut, and Color in Monticello! Okay, rant over. ;)

Love these girls! I see Heather when I go get my hair done. But I love all the girls that work here. Everyone is always super nice! I get so many complements on my hair as well. Heather does an awesome job and my hair is style is a pain in the a$$ too! But she nails it!

Always friendly. Listen to what you want, makes suggestions. Never been disappointed. I receive compliments on my hair. Heather in Monticello is a twice awarded colorist.

I added an extra star because Kassy(Monticello) was kind enough to give me a certificate for the completely Unacceptable Lack of service I received. I honestly cannot believe what I experienced here. In no way, shape or form, should someone be allowed to work here with as little knowledge and confidence as a particular stylist exuded. It was an awful, embarrassing experience. Immediately afterward, I went over to FANTASTIC SAMS after this train wreck of a situation. They got me right in, did EXCELLENT work, and charged half the price!

The phone service alone was poor and turned me away from going in at all. I called to ask questions about scheduling and was met with a snotty tone when asking for clarification between online booking and me calling in.

For what you end up paying you could go to Aveda for the same price for better service. The staff here is caddy, and clearly there are issues between some. My hair was rinsed with cold water, I jumped and gasped and the girl apologized but made no attempt to make up for it.... the water was still cold! This is my favorite part of going to a salon and I know for certain Aveda does not allow this! I will not be coming back or recommending this salon due to my personal experience. I gave it 3 stars because the first time I was there I had someone else who is no longer there, that did an awesome job!

Heather yanish is a rockstar stylist! All the girls here are truly great! I spent a fair amount of time looking for a good place to go to maintain my bleach blonde hair and Heather has my heart! If youre looking for a salon in the area, anyone here can help and they all do a wonderful job.

Dont quite understand how on a Fri after 4 there is only 2 people working. It was ridiculous to go in and have them tell me that they could not help me with something as quick and simple as an eyebrow wax. There should certainly be more than 2 people on a Fri at anytime of day. Very unhappy.
