I ran into Micah at OReilly auto parts about a month ago, I needed the wiring harness on my battery changed, however I didnt know what was wrong or what needed to be replaced. I must have look concerned enough because he came outside with me looked at my Jeep, told me what part I needed and then proceeded to change it in the parking lot for me. I was a complete stranger, yet he took an extra 15 minutes out of his day to help me get my vehicle up and running again.Just for the sole fact that he was kind enough to take his time to help me, makes me highly recommend him and this business!

My whole family brings our cars to Sisu. I have two daughters 17 and 18, the owner treats them very kindly. He explains the work he is doing and what needs to be fixed; knowing that they dont know but takes the time to talk to them and answer their questions. Prior to the shut down, the receptionist who worked there is also very nice. She was always very helpful as well.

I am here after I drove 1000 miles post repaire. Wonderful customer service, and fair price! They saved me a big money from dealership. They charged reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this shop. After repair, the check engine light and others dashboard light didnt come on so far.

Sisu Automotive lived up to its high ratings in my recent experience. Their customer service is top notch and the extra effort to keep costs very reasonable was greatly appreciated. My daughter needed emergency service and Micah was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the repair necessary and even provided a missing lug nut on a tire that I did not know was missing. My only disappointment is that I dont live near Monticello to have him be my regular repair guy. Thanks Micah!

These guys do better work than the Chrysler dealers in Monticello or Buffalo, by far. Sisu was able to find issues with my car when the dealer told me I was imagining things wrong with it, and more importantly, Sisu fixed it! For this reason I now bring all of my families cars for normal service and occasional repairs - always a positive experience!

No doubt this is 5 star! Micha and his team take the best care if me. I know my vehicle has had the best service possible when I drive away.

Wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else. From my very first visit a couple of years ago to my visit yesterday they have been nothing short of exceptional. Fairly riced and they are beyond nice. Micahs knowledge of cars in vast and in depth. Their mechanics are awesome and thorough. Great and honest place for whatever you vehicle may need.

Traveling cross country with two dogs our brakes locked up and needed replaced. Sisu got us in and out in about 3 hours. They gave us a van so we could get some food and take the dogs to a dog park while we waited. They were very nice and made what could have been a big problem into a quick and easy fix.

I’ve been taking my van to SISU for years. They always listen to my questions and explain to my satisfaction what needs to be done and how long it will take. Very friendly people to work with. I’ll keep going back with my new van!

Ive been to Sisu on several occasions. Each time the service was done swiftly and professionally. The service costs seam reasonable and in line with the parts and labor required. At each visit they have given me an honest assessment and recommendation of the condition of various systems on my car. However, they have not pressured me to make the repairs immediately if safety was not an issue.

My (metal) heat guard decided to start dropping out of my car last night after a concert at midnight, causing sparks and freaked me the hell out. Dropped it here because its close enough to home to walk. Called them at noon today (I work nights) to finally inform them of this random car in their parking lot. They were completely booked for the day but still managed to squeeze it in and fix it within 2 hours! They were also very polite and friendly. Great shop.

These guys have always been honest with me. I brought my car to them to perform a standard oil change, then specifically asked them to look to see what other work may need to be done on my car...after the oil change they honestly told me they would love to have additional work to do on my car, but after a complete inspection they could find nothing that could use any work on my car. THAT is rare honest in the auto repair biz.

They were able to get me in right away and were extremely helpful with a great price. They could have up-sold me but didnt. I appreciate the honesty and great service.

Danielle, Micah, and the others at Sisu Automotive saved me nearly $14,000.00 !!!I had my Subaru Outback repaired at a different garage. They completely botched the repair job and destroyed the engine. I broke down a few weeks later while on a road trip and was randomly towed to Sisu Automotive. Such a blessing! They were very attentive and listened to every detail of my long, rambling story.They took great care inspecting the outside of the engine and photographing trouble signs at multiple angles. They then sought my pre-approval to begin disassembly and discovered that the original mechanic left debris in the oil pan which ultimately destroyed my engine. They took great care photographing the debris (with a ruler in the picture for scale), the intake port where it was blocking oil flow, and multiple angles of the passage to the front timing chain cover where the debris most likely came from. They gathered trouble codes and their diagnostic process of rotating the engine by hand first, the detailed report, everything.... I could go on. Everything in the report was perfect and complete.The service manager at the original garage denied everything of course. Started blaming everyone else - including Sisu Automotive! But because Sisu Automotive gathered such strong evidence PROVING beyond the shadow of a doubt just how liable they were, the original garage had no choice but to admit fault and pay for every last cent of damages. Sisus mechanics were even willing to take time out of their day to testify in court!! Thankfully I did not have to ask so much of them. The strong evidence? The debris in the oil pan turned out to be a UPC tag for an aftermarket waterpump that the original mechanic installed and charged for on the invoice. Impressive, eh?The good people at Sisu Automotive were handed a very bad situation and because of their outstanding professionalism and customer service, I am now enjoying the absolute best possible outcome.
