Not bad at all checked in at 7am for a 8am appointment and out the door by 9:45am. Expected worse from the other reviews. Most of had some good luck for once. Guard was very nice. When you check in park out in the street and check in then they will call you with a door.

Had very nice experience. Night shift security guard is very good person. He treated me very well and helped to get done quickly. Checked in at 10:30 pm night before. Got door at 5am and out 7:30. No charged for lumper.

Capstone Lumper service is a piece of work.. I was in the dock 6 hours. 10 pallets total 10,680 pounds. Charged me 195.00 lumper fee

Usually have no problem at US Foods. Reasonable unloading time. The gate guard at the Montgomery AL DC is one of the rudest, nastiest humans I have ever met in 20 years of driving.

Checked in at 07:00 for a 08:00 appointment. Its currently 13:00 and still here unloading. #enoughsaid

Overnight parking in the street!!Check in 4:30 am for 5 am appointment, door by 5:15 am, checkout 11 am. Total 6:30 hrs to get unloaded half a truck load.

I hope the owner of this company is reading this message. I come here every week to deliver and is always a 5 plus hour wait to deliver 4 or 6 pallets. I dont understand why. I pay the lumper as soon as i receive link to pay it and have to wait 2 hours for my bills on which i pais Capstone large amounts of money to unload. This is really sad. Its sad to see how companys treat us transporters and drivers. Honestly, management needs to be changed asap.

What a dump and 3 plus hours to unload 1 pallet and half, missed my next appointment now which is also a us foods. Bright side if the next one goes to a cold storage because I refuse to ever go to another us foods.

Plenty overnight parking on street. Bring a snack and drink if u the diva type for the complainers. Security woke us up pretty early to see if we wanted to chk in early AND for safety he had me park close to the booth. Totally plus frfr. Everything was explained, unloaded came got my bills and wala I was unloaded in an hr or so. Thanks to all the staff!

The big night security guard was great. He was cheerful and came by the truck 15 minutes before they called as a wake up. The female, day guard was nice also.The process was quick and I finally left a food warehouse in a good mood.

Arrive 1 hour before appointment. Get on door 40 minutes after appointment time. Product off truck 4 hours later. Then get charged $290. Takes another hour to get paperwork from them.

They were okay. It may take a little to get your paperwork. Just make sure you register your comChek as soon as they text you using their Comchek number provided in the link.Then complete all fill out all the info in the link just exclude the account number you can leave it blank. They will pick up your bills from you once you back in and bring your bill out to your with your lumper receipt when completed.

Theyre a good place to unload. But you have to have a safety vest/shirt with reflective strips even if you dont get out of your truck. If you have to barrow one you have to surrender your drivers license.

Management and Human Resources are clowns. Was told to work over 16 hours or lose my job. Yes they got away with that and I turned that person in I was told by upper management not their problem. I had to use paper logs they tossed them. trucks are terrible will fall apart on you. Yes you will break down a lot and be expected to finish your route. Give this place no stars if possible

Husband checked in at 8 pm finally got in a door at 5 am. 11:06 and were still here. Which made me late for my next appointment. Our load heading home. But because being late rescheduled for the following day. This place is a joke!

Slow got into a dock at 530 am didnt get out of the dock until 11am. Facilities are closed to drivers have porta johns but they were horrid. Flies everywhere trash. Looked like they havent got cleaned out in a while. Lumbers trashed my trailer broken pieces of pallets and shrink wrap everywhere.

I am currently still here! Arrived at 7:45 and given a dock. It is now 12:08 and i still sit here at 44. Its sad that they want their product on time but doesnt care about the next customer. I am not late picking up my next load. I didnt have ma y pallets!

If Capstone is unloading you it means for 9 out of 10 times you working day will be ruined by them. Unloaded in half of an hour but waiting for papers over 4 hours, it’s ridiculous

One star is waaay too many to rate this dump, rude guards welcome you here and show you their attitude in addition they got no idea what theyre doing, they will give you door thats already occupied when you walk inside to ask at the receiving they will tell you that you need to be docked in a door to check in so its catch 22 you will have to find an open door yourself, lazy lumpers will leave a pile of broken pallets and garbage on your trailer, IT TOOK 6 SIX HOURS TO UNLOAD 2 ( TWO ) PALLETS, on the way out rude guard gave me the look just to remind me that drivers are not welcomed here, the only reason this s@ithole exists is to give drivers hard time, avoid at all cost

Pretty much what everyone else is saying, you get a door to unload and then you wait 3-4 hours for them to finish. Plan accordingly.
