Enterprise Truck of Montgomery was a life saver!!! We broke down in Montgomery, coming from ATL, trying to make our way to Gulf Shores. After learning about Enterprise Truck, we were able rent a pristine Dodge Ram HEAVY DUTY 2500 w/ 6.7 Cummings Diesel BIG HORN! Why did I not start here?!?! As exciting as it was to find a product and service when I was in need, the true reason I am happy is their exceptional service! I have family in Montgomery with trucks and multiple homes... we were not helpless. But Enterprise allowed us to have no worries. Specifically, Jessica provided exceptional service, and put us at ease to where my AL family was upset that I had not relied on them to save us, lol. We were already in good hands! We received the rental, and was able to continue our vacation & make it back home before the kids first day of school. Also, this all happened on a holiday weekend and Jessica & Enterprise were still able to accommodate our needs. The service didnt end there. Jessica followed up afterwards to check up on us after the trip! Ive rented Cargo Vehicles, Pick Ups, and Vans from many different sources for personal and commercial needs, and I will now only give my business to Enterprise Truck! They are truly set up with great employees, vehicles, and a network to serve. THANK YOU JESSICA. You did not have to go above and beyond, but because you did, you made a difference in our lives! Enterprise was awesome for my truck rental. I pull a trailer and they have way better trucks than competitors with features such as crew cab, diesel, 4 wheel drive, and trailer brakes. I rented a clean F-250 with only 7k miles. I loved the truck, it almost made me want to convert from my Chevy 2500 when it was time to take it back. The service from Greg was top notch. He is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. I love the fair pricing with no hidden fees for mileage, etc. I came out way better and cheaper using Enterprise than I have using other companies.In the past, I have regrettably rented from U-Haul which is a terrible hour long in-person experience followed by several torturous days in a single cab 1500 with a truly embarrassing 19.95 sticker covering the whole side, making my own business look cheap and unprofessional. On top of that, after the additional fees, the U-haul truck costs more than a much nicer truck from Enterprise! In addition, the U-haul trucks do not even have trailer brakes so their little truck gets pushed around at every red light.In Summary.....I will ONLY use Enterprise Truck Rental in the future because they are the best in every way!

Booked a car online for $69.99. They swiped my card, THEM pulled on fees until it was $418.

I used Enterprise truck rentals again. Their trucks are very clean and work well. My truck was easy to drive and it came with cruise control. I was able to book online very easily. I will definitely use again. Greg and Scott active Montgomery location were very helpful. It was a quick checkout and the location was nice and neat and clean.

I had to rent a cargo van last minute online on a Sunday night. The next morning I called this location to make sure the reservation went through and spoke with Canessa. She was super friendly and found my reservation quickly. When I arrived they explained that there was going to be a short delay (the tires were being replaced). They offered me water and juice while I waited. They even invited me to use one of the empty offices when they saw me pull out my laptop to get some work done while I waited. Greg Riley the branch manager was equally friendly and courteous. When the van was ready they also provided me with an inconvenience discount for my wait. I used to use U-Haul, but due to a bad experience the last time I decided to try out Enterprise. After my experience with the folks at this branch I can safely say that Enterprise now has my business.

I rented a cargo van for one week to move my son to Jacksonville and I was very pleased with the all the staff at this office.Scott wood was very patient and answered all my questions. Enterprise is lucky to have this professional team working for them .
