I visited the Ann Street store in Montgomery, AL several times this month and we were finally able to solve the problem I was having with my cell phone, specifically my e-mail account. I was helped by two young professionals; they were both patient, friendly, very competent and customer centered. I have been with At&t for over 30 years and if you keep hiring talent like Maggie and Justin I will be with you another 30 years. Thank You!!!!

I went into this store inquiring about a auxiliary cord for my I phone 8 today. The guy in the store stated he was a store manager and that the auxiliary piece came in the box which did not. He was very rude and wouldn’t call the Hoover location that I picked up device from to see what came in the box and asked me to leave the store because he didn’t give me the correct information. I left the store and called Hoover location who advised me the auxiliary piece does not come in the box and is not sold in store and it’s was sold at Best Buy . Icalled to inform the store manager I was correct and that the piece did not come in the box the guy hung up the phone in my face because I was giving him helpful information so he would give other customers the correct information. He’s very rude, not informative, and does not know how to handle customers. Also he may need additional training and to get knowledge on all devices the store sale so he want be rude with customers because what he doesn’t know. I told this guy several times this piece wasn’t in the box he didn’t care to call and get info or even research worst customers service ever. If this device was available for pick up in Montgomery he would’ve helped assist me not the AT&T I know

Very helpful staff. They tend to your needs based on first come first serve. There are times they are extremely busy resulting in longer wait times.

Recently moved to Crenshaw County and had to get a different phone service because Metro PCS that we had been customers of for years would not work at our new location. KT was very helpful in getting my family and I phones but the bill ended up being about six times higher than Metro PCS

Once you get into the physical store customer service seems to be good. NO ONE EVER answers the phone. NOT EVER.

Went in to check for a phone upgrade & i was assisted by the Assistant Manager Bridget. She was so knowledgeable and i eneded up lowering my bill, getting a new phone & Lowered my Cable bill at home by switching to DirecTV. I would suggest going to see Bridget or any of her knowledgable staff at The AT&T Store in front of Wal-Mart. Top Notch!!!

Horrible! Just want to get a new prepaid SIM card for my new phone that I going to trade with me friends phone (current SIM not compatible so I need new SIM to test it), so went here and waited like 30 mins, then a lady (maybe stores manager) asked me what do I need (should have asked me from the beginning since she was only standing and watching people), told her I need a new SIM, she refused and told me I need to show her the phone although I explained to her and told her in the past I was doing it so many times, why the heck I have to show you the phone, I am on prepaid plan - not in contract with att whatsoever, wasted my time. Immediately went to other store near Eastchase mall, got in, told the rep what I need, show my ID and att accs details, got them SIM for under 2 mins. The day after I came back (Eastchase store) to get old kind of SIM since I didnt do the trading b/c I did not like the my friends phone, did a same procedure (with other rep) for under 2 mins. NEVER BACK to att at Ann st again.

Customers service and service needs attention immediately store only had three customers inside it took 40 minutes to pay phone bill the store was dirty and the air conditioner was not working and one of the workers was tv instead of paying attention to her work and putting money in the wrong place.
