Last year I made an early morning appt and my person WHO I was assigned to for my appt was late. She wasnt even in the building yet and never apologized for being late. This year I made an appt w the same person for 12. At 12:18 the manager asked me if I wanted him to help me. He did great. She took over later. Apparently she took a walk in which made her late for me and made me wait. I had a 2 PM play that I almost missed bc of her lack of respect for my time. No more
