Spencer came out to pump out our full septic tank. He was super friendly from the time I initially spoke to him on the phone until he was driving away. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I am one of those people who like to watch work being done. I asked questions and he explained everything he was doing and why. He even gave me tips on how to keep the septic tank running smoothly. Who knew grease will turn into very hard rock type substance if you put it down your drain. I had researched online what to expect to pay for this type of service and the price they charged was right in line with what I expected. It seems as if he takes great pride in being thorough with his work. I highly recommend this company.

This man is a God send. Had a septic backup and he talked me through the repair, via FaceTime, at 8:30 pm on a Monday. Who does that?! A man that deserves all the business he can take on!!!!
