How can I begin? This business had an employee who would break things or steal them around our pool. My mom would replace the things, of course. She had no knowledge of this until another employee told her. She continued with this company anyway.My mom passed away in Feb, 2016 and she stilled owed them money. I paid part of the bill but did not pay the remaining. The receptionist/accounts payable left voicemail messages but we never check the messages on our home phone. I know its my responsibility to pay the balance on the account. However, one of the voicemail messages stated This is Water & Pool Solutions again. Your mother would be rolling over in her grave if she knew you did not pay this bill.. When I called to confront the woman she tried to apologize..Im having such a hard time with my mothers death her words stung my heart so. She hung up on me and I tried to call back several times but no answer. Dont use these gutless, thieving company. Youve been warned Google folks! Do not use this company?

Though we encountered several equipment and repair related delays (entirely my fault. I was slower than anticipated with DIY repairs & prep work),the company was very understanding and accommodating . The employees were courteous, efficient, and professional. We are very pleased with their workmanship. I would recommend Water & Pool Solutions to anyone. Thanks guys. Outstanding work!!!

First I have been using them for about 3 years. Yes I know there are other customers and call i get on list. Overall they are very professional and great people. I biggest problem is the turn around of the people they hire but they train them and let them out out doing cleaning and getting your pool into shape. I had a leak and the owner came and fixed it. They put my cover on and take it off and clean and fold. Other than they come to fix one problemand I have told them everything I want done then the people they send cant fix it then owners show up and Im charged for two service calls. I dont like that. And the guy they hired was stealing things, the owners didnt know he was stealing and sleeping on the job till they were told of it. People dont want to work, they get what they get. Paul and Tj are good people just trying to do a good job. I rate them high because no one has ever been rude to me and have been patient with me teaching me how to maintain a pool.

These people gave estimate and then charged 25% more than original price. Then they never got my pool straightened out after 2 1/2 months of trying. I had to end up hiring someone else and they had it straight in 2 days. This company is completely incompitent and i will never call them for ANYTHING. EVER!!!!

Very unprofessional and very rude. They do not stand behind their work whatsoever. They took the money to do several things on my pool including fixing a leak in the light. They made close to $1000. It was still leaking and after months of filling the pool back up and adding more chemicals and calling PJ who is the owners son. I had to call another company to get the work done. They said the patch job was not sufficient. When I called to discuss with the owner, he called me horrible names and hung up in my face. I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office and hope others will as well to get the word out on their quality of work.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE!! NOSHOWS FOR 2 DAYS THEN GET AN ATTITUDE.....I DONT THINK SO.....U LEARNED SOMETHING TODAY DIDNT YA BUDDY, I HAVE A MOUTH TOO AND I DEFINATELY KNOW HOW TO USE IT!! I ALSO KNOW HOW TO USE THE PHONEBOOK TO CALL ELSEWHERE AND I ADVISE YOU TO DO THE SAME!!!
