I was here a few weeks ago to get a kennel for our dog and one of the employees (I’m kicking myself for not getting her name) was kind enough to help me carry it out to my car and load it into the trunk since I had both my children with me and was struggling with it. It meant a lot to me to have that help since she didn’t have to go that extra mile so I hope the young lady reads this and knows how much her help was appreciated. Other than that, I’ve had good experiences coming here and would recommend this location!

I LOVE this store and all of the staff!! They love to see Sirius and me come into the store! We always love coming in tot he store! They have such a great selection and are always willing to help with the care of your pet!

The Staff is Always Pleasant, Kind, and Understanding. My Opinion is The store definitely needs to hire more people to assist with a fish and run the cash registers . And about the fish . The last 6-7 months of buying fish... so many of the fish that Ive bought have passed away very quickly from rot mouth or fin rot within the first 24-48 hours. The store has always replaced my fish. My water is Always as Perfect as it can possibly get when its tested. Hopefully they will get a new supplier about fish from. Fingers crossed.

Went into Petsmart because Banfield Pet Hospital is located inside. The store is super clean and well organized. Workers were working stocking. The only thing is the only way to enter the Pet Hospital is to walk the animal through the store and this can cause problems. Maybe should be a separate entrance for patients.

Overall great experience. Picked up a new cat for my daughter. The staff was knowledgeable and kind.

My step daughter bought a cat from here and he was sick. They said he was groggy from shots. We took him to the vet $100 for respiratory infection. After a week no improvement. We took him to another vet who kept him 5 days on IVs. $361. Only minor improvements after second vet. Will probably be taking him back to the vet again if he doesnt get any better. Beware of getting pets from here. Go to a shelter instead. Weve never gotten a sick animal from the shelter.

Store is quite messy. Cobwebs in corners. Prices online differed from store and rather then honoring their own online prices they had me put merchandise back and go home and order online.

I was really impressed. Im getting my CDL in a week and plan on taking my dogs on the road. So i needed a thunder vest, pet carriers, and other various things. They had what I needed and so much more! Great place and friendly staff. Definately a place for pet lovers. I will be back.

I had a terrible experience. On Monday April 5, 2021 I asked Coral, an cashier, about the grooming services because I have been calling for about a week now and have not gotten any answers about when they can service my dog. She was willing to help but need her manger, Ethan, permission. Ethan came out of his office angry because I was asking about grooming services. He told me to call again even though I have been calling for a week. He exact words were “well you must be lying because we always answer the phone.” He admitted that the grooming services closed early when “they don’t have anything to do.” Not only did he give me TERRIBLE services but he also said “to go to any other pet store in the area because I, the customer, was not his priority, he had short staff and inventory that he had to do.” Granted I understand everyone is busy during these difficult times but for you to talk to a customer like that after she been in your store two times about grooming and been calling it is unacceptable especially when you are the MANAGER. I WILL NOT BE SPENDING MY MONEY HERE NO MORE. And you can thank the manger for that because he did say, “go to any other pet store because it is not their priority.”

Target has a better dog section.

The store was clean. The fish were healthy, although very small. It seems like most retail stores are having a hard time stocking medium to larger sized fish. Good times to be a breeder like me.The aquatic plants were in pretty rough shape. Lots of wilted and dried out plants. Probably 30% of the stock on the shelf. All of the Java Ferns were pretty roughFemale Betta selection was extremely limited. There were 2 glowfish and 1 veiltail.Ill be back. But if the plants are still in bad shape and the stock hasnt been replenished much, Ill avoid any future trips.

My dog Sandy enjoys her trips to this store because there is so much to explore. We have to go up and down every aisle, greet every dog, and look at all the toys.The staff is always helpful and can answer all your pet concerns, location of items, and assist with sizing of collars or harnesses.

I came here today to get some of my bird food and check out the fish. I also got some animals tags that you can get engraved there for a family member. All the staff is super nice and they also have cats in an area fro. The humane shelter that they try to donate out there.

Love this place I live 35miles south, but when I get to go I buy fish for my 3 aquarium.

I took a health insurance in Banfield Pet Hospital located inside PetSmart. Everyone was very accomodating, got my puppys general check-up, microchip, bloodtests with (DNA to know his breed), and vaccinations. With only $54 per month, we can visit the vet. anytime to get him checked this also includes his monthly prophylaxis for heartworm. Its a complete store that also includes the grooming clinic that you can call to set an appointment, (active military) gets discount for pet grooming. Pet supplies are here aswell. Everything you need, for fish, reptile, dogs, cats and other pets could definitely be found here. They also have dog tag engraver, so you can customize your pets tag. I enjoyed it here and Im a loyal customer.

Knowledgeable and honest staff. I went in to get a aquarium lid to convert my old reptile tank to a fish aquarium and they showed me that it was a lot cheaper to get a tank kit literally. Couldnt get one in my wifes car but will be purchasing the tank and all and saving around $50

Bought a reptile tank. Supposed to have everything needed. Complete scam. Turned out to be just cardboard inserts shot in 3D. Sales person even said it had everything needed. Went too Petco today to buy what we needed.

I took my 2 little Mini Schnauzer for their first cut and it is awesome. Crystal and Brittney did a very fine job. Ive found the place for my pets food and grooming needs.

I’m not one to normally write reviews. I arrived before they were supposed to close and they wouldn’t let me in the store. Wouldn’t even take the time to come to the door even though I was staring at them in the eyes. Extremely rude and uncalled for. My dog is sick and I was coming here for medication, no one cared and it was very clear. If 7pm is your closing time, then you should lock the door at 7pm sharp. I went to the competitor across the street, I’m sure the other 3 people that went up to the door before 7pm did that as well. You’re losing good business over this issue, just thought you’d want to know.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy access to parking. They seem to be a bit pricey on the items I was looking for, but due to the great staff, definitely worth the stop.

AND I BOUGHT HER ANOTHER ONE JUST BECAUSE THEY WERE SO MUCH MORE CHEAPER 🤷🏽‍♀️

The service depends on the day really. They have a good selection of items and their adoption center is ok. Itd be nice if you could interact more with the cats but they wont allow you to see them out of the cage unless youre definitely going to adopt according to one staffer. Theyre pretty quick to get an extra cashier ones the line builds up.

The young lady that helped us had just clocked out, but she was the only one that was knowledgeable about guneia pigs. We were Very thankful for her!

This PetSmart store always has provided us with good service. We have shopped here frequently for items for our dog. They have a good selection of food, toys and beds. They often have events where they allow the Humane Society Shelter to offer dogs for adoption at their store, which we appreciate. They are a really nice place to shop with friendly staff.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO PETSMART! We’ve been taking my dog there for a few years now and the staff is rude and awful. Not only has my dog come back smelling like smoke before but she’s also been very sick after her appointments with them. Since my dog has been going there I’ve also heard complaints and other disturbing stories from other people who used to bring their dogs here. Point being, if you actually love your pets, take them somewhere else.

Ive been going to PetSmart for years, this one has good employees who are always willing to help, however that being said as long as you can find them. Otherwise the customer service is great, the puppy classes worked wonders, the trainer there is absolutely awesome, and PetSmart sells Nutro dog food which I have fed my dogs for 11 + years and they have been healthy their whole lives. Thank you PetSmart for selling a dog food brand that is safe healthy and trustworthy for my pet to eat

I recently got an Australian Shepherd puppy (12 weeks old). I went to the grooming area and asked if they had time for my puppy. Mary, did great! Definitely recommend her and this Petsmart.

Associate was amazing at helping us get our Ball python enclosure equipped properly. They PRICE match online prices!! FYI However..someone is slacking in the reptile department. A poor snake has stuck on shedding from improper lighting and humidity, and also has moldy water....saddened. wish I could buy them all.

Great place. Very clean and staff was extremely patient. And they were way cheaper because they have a reward program that let me save $70.00 on a ball python and $5.00 on a parakeet. Petco did not......Petco lost out big time.

I only buy pet supplies from this store, so I havent tried the grooming services. The people that work there are friendly and helpful, and the store is usual clean. Im pretty sure this location doesnt do doggy daycare or boarding.

My go to pet store. Pet store can be expensive, but its a one stop shop and you get good quality products. Its also beneficial when they have Banfield Hospital in their store. Super friendly customer service as well.

Slow customer service. No sense of urgency

Just picked up my dogs and was disappointed. When Brittany grooms my dogs they are always so clean and smell so good. But last time and this time they didnt even smell like they had a bath. My Yorkie’s hair was cut nice but not worth $100.00 for both. 😏

Aquatic section is very clean and modern. Could have more unique fish. Pretty standard fish at PetSmart.

Love the staff and so does my dog, Saban! He gets a checkup every 6 months.
