HR Staff is very rude, they need help and training classes are being pushed very fastly. Leads and Supervisors seems to have little to none training as well but your required to follow their rules thats not accurately explained. Everything goes by a computer and they treat you like your a login account a not human ! Only gave one star because they allow you to get a lot of over time only because their short staffed

The black woman taking calls at the front desk needs to be retrained! I would leave her name but she refused to provide it! Extremely unprofessional.

Terrible company. Team leads are not helpful. HR is not helpful. Company can’t be trusted. They treat you unfairly especially if they feel like you need the job. Lady in HR tried to fire me because she claimed I disrespected her by looking at my phone. The company is completely scamming people and expect you to deal with rude customers all day. They have a system where you have to request breaks and they haven’t approved any of my breaks since I’ve hit production. I do not recommend this job for any unless it’s a last resort. Job if full of weirdos and wannabes.

Ask Telemarketing (Always Open) manages our company phones during non-business hours. They do a great job at making sure notices get relayed to management. Great Service!

Ghetto as hell, you work through a temp service so its no surprise what characters you receive upon working there. The 6 months I worked there I witnessed several fights in the call center. thats right FIGHTS at work. The job itself isnt terrible but extremely draining and the pay is low for what you deal with. Your basically explaining to people why they have been billed hundreds of dollars, have to sell them stuff to see if they will keep the product and offer saves.

This place is full of ghetto and jealous management. They will lie and get you fired for no reason. I have 8 years of customer service experience and I have never worked for a company where you have to ask for permission to go to your 15 minute or restroom break as if you are a child in school. They told Elwood Staffing to call me and tell me not to return to work due to my attendance claiming it was at 80 something percent and that was a LIE. I checked my attendance the day before because I knew it was almost time for me to be hired on and it was 94% so they will be hearing from my lawyer soon and all of them are about to be looking for a job when I’m done. Crazy part is they have people who are coming to work late and leaving early the same day and people who miss work at least once a week. Managers fighting their employees and all they do is sit around talking about people and look at you crazy when you speak to them. They are a third party scam company. I would not recommend anyone to work here if you’re looking for a long term job. This company is a joke.
