Great gym nice clean environment friendly staff I recommend anyone who wants to workout to go to this gym. And they offer classes spin, and Hip-hop step classes just to name few.

This gym is a straight up scam and rip off. I went here for one day and the woman charged me almost $20 to workout and for a bottle of water. Most gyms have a free day pass for the first time. Its just another black owned business who rips off and take advantage of they own people. There equipment is also poor quality as well. StAY AWAY!!!

RayFlex and His Wife Gail are Excellent Business Owners. They are the Best in their Area of Health and Wellness. Montgomery is Blessed to have them in the Community. When you have owners who truly care about their customers and it shows. I travel from Atlanta because I trust them for my training.

Very friendly atmosphere. Very knowledgable of exercise equipment because I didnt want to lose weight, just want to tone up.

Good environment and good customer service

Im not a regular member i was in town for the afternoon and purchsed a guest pass. But if I am ever in the area again I will definitely be back! This gym has all the amenities you would expect at a big commercial type gym but with the small gym feel. Its not a social gym where you have to work around people taking selfies or people there just to hangout. Which i was super happy about. I was able to focus and get a great workout in without working around that. But everybody there, especially the front desk guy was super nice! The front desk works made me feel welcome and assured me if I needed anything to let them know. Its very clean and has a ton of machines as well as a great selection of free weights. Theres also a section off to the side for classes. They had an adult karate class or self defense going on when I was there. The locker room was very clean. They only thing I would suggest is some kind of drink machine. They had a smoothie bar inside but not much of an option for water, which is something I think is pretty important in a gym. All in all if Im ever back in town I will definitely be back!

The owners of this gym know what theyre doing. Great equipment, SUPER CLEAN, and great hours. I love this place and highly recommend it. Best gym in Montgomery by far.

Great Gym! Plenty of different classes to take that come with membership. I have twin 3yr old boys and they love the daycare facility here. The pricing is affordable, its clean, and the staffs very friendly and welcoming!

The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The classes are fun and energetic. The equipment are easy to use and are well maintained. The locker rooms and saunas are clean and comfortable. They have professional trainers and they even have kids fitness, child care and martial arts for kids. Its a great place to work out and bring your kids. Every first Monday is Membership Appreciation Day and family and friends are welcome for free. Refreshments are served and vendors are there to advertise their products or services. They also have a smoothie bar that have a variety of flavors and proteins. For those who live to work out in the mornings they open early and even sell oatmeal at the smoothie bar. Its a fun place to work out,

I use silver sneakers. Their class is just what I need low intensity and low impact. Most all of the staff are very nice and helpful. Large variety of equipment. Place is kept clean.

2A Fitness is phenomenal the owners husband and wife are breathtaking they are warm they are inviting and make you feel at home I love them both everyone should come out and get moving at 2A Fitness thank you guys I love you much. 💞💜💖🙏😍😔

Ive been a satisfied member of this fitness center for about 2 years. The center is clean, welcoming, has a wide variety of equipment, offers personal training, offers breakfast for a fee, clean accomadating restrooms, and trained members that have been awarded for competing in various bodybuilding competitions.Its a delight to see so many familiar faces every morning. When Im absent like a loved one staff and members express concern. If your goal is to lose weight, tone, build muscle, or train for a competition consider 2A to lead the way.

Staff are very helpful. Trainers are available. They offer a smoothie bar and a separate area and staff to keep your kids. Equipment is well maintained, television on some off the elliptical machines doesnt always work.

Visited with a friend, and found the facility really nice. Multiple machines/weight benches, so o never had to worry about waiting for someone else to finish, or felt like I was holding up anyone elses workout.

Ive been a member of this gym for about 7 months and I would highly recommend this gym. I initially wanted a group plan with a colleague, but she bailed on me last minute. However, the owner was flexible with me and kept the group plan open pending when I got another person to join me. Luckily I got someone else within my first month so the billing wasnt too complicated.Apart from the friendly staff, there are enough machines with little to no wait time. The members of the gym are also an interesting group with a wide range of age groups and fitness levels that I dont feel superior or intimidated as theres always someone more or less fit than I am...The only draw back so far is that there are no early morning fitness classes that start at 5 am. The gym is open at that time but if youre an early morning gym class person you may have to re-work your schedule like Ive done
