Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital has provided the best veterinary services I have ever known. Dr. Mitchell and the other veterinarians are excellent and so kind. Their staff is welcoming and well-trained. The facilities are spotless and they have wonderful boarding and exercise services, including a play area and a swimming pool for dog fun and physical therapy. This is the only vet that I will take my fur kids to they have a phenomenal staff who is attentive and quick to respond with educated answers. They also work with you if you have a very tight budget and offer some of the best services around. Oden loves going to daycare or twice a week and seeing his friends, and their cat facility is by far the best around. Long term boarding is affordable and they offer lots of options for rooms. I recommend them to everyone! We don’t have a specific vet we prefer to see and we’ve never been disappointed with any of the treatment plans.

Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital is my one-stop for the majority of my pets needs including grooming, boarding, veterinary, and day care. They help me with giving him medication that I have difficulty giving. They provide activities for my dog. I have been a client for over 12 years when they were the only place providing doggie day care. When my other dog passed away from heart disease, the majority of the staff responded with care and made a donation to an animal charity in our name.

We love Taylor Crossing! We actually moved to Auburn but they are the only place we trust with our baby so we drive back. Everyone is so sweet!

Dr. Nelson is a wonderful vet! She took great care of my babies and was very informative of their health. She was upfront about what really needed to be done and what could wait when it came to their check ups because she knows financially it gets expensive!

The staff was very patient with my pet. My pet is a Pitt Bull and gets nervous around people she doesn’t know but they made her feel comfortable enough to get all the work ups completed. Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital did a great job performing laser de-clawing of our cat. The doctor discussed the pros and cons of two vs. four paw de-clawing and was very receptive to my concerns. Our cat is recovering very well thanks to the care and professionalism of this veterinary team.

These guys and gals are like family! They literally have some of the best customer service in Montgomery! They offer so many great services besides normal vet care. Doggie day care w/pool option, pet boarding, baths and nail trims, training, and moral support for my constant worrying over my fur baby. They are just great! We love them!*If you adopted a shelter dog with anxiety, we highly recommend the doggie day care. It will help them work through separation anxiety while being able to socialize with other dogs. It also helps to get excess energy out. The doggie day care was life changing for our rescue dog.

I brought my fur baby here after a botched surgery at another local vet that I’ve used for the past 4 years. I called the morning after the first procedure and spoke with Raven who was extremely professional and sympathetic and even more so after she heard my baby crying in pain in the background. I was able to be seen that afternoon by Dr. Loche and from the time she walked in the room to explain what she saw and her plan of action, I felt instantly at ease. I decided to go ahead with the corrective procedure and I’m so glad I did. I was able to pick my baby up the next day and the incision and stitches look so much better. There are no more gaping points, tight stitches or clumps of extra skin to be seen just a clean incision that is healing beautifully. Another plus is she was actually prescribed pain meds, an anti-inflammatory and antibiotics which the first vet only offered to do after my 5th call. I have decided to switch my baby to Taylor Crossing for her care moving forward.

Dr. Snead was absolutely amazing with my dog, Oscar. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She took the time to read the majority of my dog’s book-sized medical records. Dr. Snead also took the time to talk to me when I called to give her an update on how Oscar was doing. The entire office staff was so sweet and comforting to me during this pet emergency.

Let me tell you how great this place is for multiple reasons: I had just moved to Montgomery and had yet to get a new vet set up for my fur babies when tragedy happened. My 12 year old shepherd got bit by a copperhead late at night, I frantically called the closest vet and was transferred to Dr. Lock who was on call. She preceded to tell me how to get to the vet and said she would meet me there and that her vet tech was already on-site waiting. They immediately started on her and they were so comforting to my dog and I. Im happy to say they saved her life! On to her check-up, I brought up a question about my 5 year old diabetic cat who wasnt doing so well with her current treatment (this wasnt even her visit mind you) Dr. Lock listened to everything I had to say and told me about how she specializes in feline medicine and asked me to bring her in, that she might have an answer. I brought her in and they did everything they could to keep costs low but exceptional care to figure out what was going on. Fast forward a couple months, not only is my cat doing fantastically better, she went from and emaciated, ravenous, sad thing, to a gloriously spunky, healthy almost 10 pound cat! If you are looking for a vet that cares not because they have to but because they want to look no further. The tech staff is wonderfully kind and helpful, always a smile and how are you when you are there. I will never go to another vet if I can help it.

Had to bring the big girl in on a Saturday morning and they got her in quickly. We had a 9am appointment and were through by 9:24am. Dr. King and the staff were fantastic.

Unfortunately the time had come for our little girl to be put to rest. We could not have asked Doctor King and his staff to handle the situation in a more professional manner. After using Taylor Crossing for a little over fourteen years, I would highly recommend them for your pet care.

But I highly recommend TCAH.

Only place Jira hasn’t ever stayed. If she likes it we love it! Just wish when she is staying for a few days they would post a picture of her every now and then.

I just moved to Montgomery, and this practice had the most recommendations for treating cats when I asked on the Nextdoor app. One of my senior cats has bad allergies, and Alabama is giving the poor boy fits. They worked him in quickly, and when the first shot didn’t last long got him in immediately to try a different shot. Very pleased! You park in a numbered space, and call to tell them where you are parked. A masked vet tech comes out to get your Furkid and give you any paperwork. The vet comes out afterwards to discuss his/her findings. I felt safe and my cat was not stressed.

I will always use TCAH because they treat my pets as family. Forever grateful for the doctors and staff here, past and present.
