My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Heck and his staff for several years and we are extremely pleased with the professionalism, communication and the comfort level you feel everytime you enter and leave their office. Today, I had my teeth cleaned by Hygienist, Samantha who is very detail and excellent in her profession. Also, today, Dr. Heck completed detailed tedious bonding on my wifes front teeth. I went to Dr. Heck after having a referral from my sister-in-law. Dr. Heck saw me with 7 or 8 old fillings. My dentist prior to Dr. Heck didnt want to redo my old fillings instead wanted me to floss 4-5 times a day. I recently had my first cleaning with Dr. Hecks office and Samantha cleaned my teeth very well almost like she was steaming my teeth. I would highly recommend Montgomery General Dentistry.

I had not been to the dentist in year, so I had a little anxiety about going, but the staff made me feel at ease and comfortable. Dr. Heck was great, straightforward. The hygienist, Amanda (I believe that is her name) was super cool, great personality, easy to talk to. 10/10 would recommend.

My first experience at Dr. Hecks office was awesome! I usually do not look forward to dental cleanings due to sensitivity but I had the best cleaning I have ever had in my life. Aside from the wonderful staff, who were all super friendly and caring, the assistant who did the cleaning was really great. She listened and took really good care while cleaning. Dr. Heck was also great! He is very matter of fact, providing detailed explanations on his findings, solutions and steps to move forward. I highly recommend Dr. Heck and his staff!

He gives great advice, knowledgeable, offers great recommendations and proactive. He definitely makes things better before they get worse. Good experience! No waiting, the office is very clean, the front desk staff is welcoming and polite, Sam (hygienist) was gentle, friendly and put me at ease. Dr. Heck is professional, does not appear rushed and takes the time to answer my questions. One of the things I so appreciated was his eye contact!

I put off getting a root canal for a year due to anxiety! Dr.Heck and his staff did an awesome, painless root canal which I am very thankful for! I no longer have to worry about my tooth flaring up and causing great discomfort . I regret waiting so long!

Im most impressed with how youve been able to pull teeth from a very sensory sensitive child and without complaint from him. He even turned down ibuprofen after. It probably helped he was in and out so fast.

I was remarkably impressed with how quickly and effectively they were able to restore 4 caps that were worn. It took the dentist and hygienist approximately 40 minutes time to perform the operation in total. They were attentive to my pain levels as well, informing me of what to do if I feel pain and providing more lidocaine in that area and working on the others until it had taken effect. Quick, painless, affordable service from attentive and considerate providers! Highly recommended!

I recently had my first visit w/Dr. Heck, after my dentist retired. I was impressed with the efficiency of his staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I have a lot of work that needs to be done and Dr, Heck asked for time to present me with my best options. I am looking forward to meeting with him and learning what options I have available to me.Fast forward to September, Dr Heck extracted 12 teeth and then placed my dentures. Although it was an arduous procedure, Dr. Heck along with his staff made sure I was provided with the best service. I was having an issue and sent an email on a Sunday - I received a text within a half hour to set up an appointment. That is, what I call awesome customer service. I would recommend Dr. Heck for any dental procedures you might have.
