XiRepair was very professional and helpful. I called a little after 5 pm to see if they would be able to fix my screen. They closed at 6 but was able to squeeze me in. They didn’t take long either. Cheaper than other places I called to fix my iPhone screen also. I highly recommend them for all your electronic repair needs. I will definitely return to them in the future hopefully not for the same phone screen :)

They are the best in town! We got their name from Best Buy, when our Xbox was broken. Xi Repair thoroughly checked the console and were so honest about not being able to fix it. No charge. I took in my sons ps4 that had stopped working. They diagnosed the problem gave a fair price quote and replaced the bad components all within hours. They cleaned the unit made it look and work like new. This is the greatest electronic repair facility in Montgomery. I highly recommend XiRepair to anyone requiring electronic repairs. Plus they gave us a 1 year warranty on the repairs.

I run my own landscape business and cracked the screen on my s10 plus on the job, based on the good reviews went to them to get it fixed. In the process of taking it apart they broke the back cover, told me what had happened said they would cover the costs and finished my phone in an hour! It looks brand new. I would definitely recommend them and that kind of honesty is hard to find.

If there was a zero stars available that’s exactly what they would get. Very bad customer service made promises about warranty I didn’t exist when returning to get a fix for what we told was under warranty but apparently was not. Screen repair was 180 bucks not including tax and they do not warranty their work! So just know if you drop your phone the same day they fixed screen you got a pay full price again and that’s not what we were told about replacement warranty. Very poor customer service you can get quality work at a cheeper price somewhere else! Highly advise you to go somewhere else for professional workmanship and service!!!

I recently took my phone in because it was shattered front and back. I initially wanted a diagnostic because my phone was also glitching, but they said once the screen was repaired that the phone would work fine. So i paid to have it fixed and they fixed it. Once i got it back i noticed that my face id feature on my phone was working properly. I took it back because i thought maybe they had made a mistake in the repair and i was told that my face id was broken and that they could not fix it. My face id was working before i went in for the repair but they told me to my face that not only did my face id not work when i brought it in to them, but that there wouldve been no way for them to even check it. I had no reason to lie about it working before hand simply because that was one of the only features that did work. Not only will i never go to this place ever again, i also encourage others to do the same.

Competitively priced with outstanding service. Tish took good care of two phones for us. My wife broke her Pixel 3a XL screen. They replaced it with what appears to be a high quality screen. This was done very quickly -- less time than it took me to go to Costco. My sons Samsung Galaxy required ordering parts. I have complete faith in them preforming a quick and high quality repair on it as soon as the parts arrive.
