I am extremely satisfied with my cleaning from Nicole. Even though she was alone she did a hell of a job and I would recommend her and this service to anyone. She was super friendly and down to earth and you can tell she loves what she does. She definitely made this experience one well worth it!!!!!!!!!!!

The ladies did a fantastic job. They had a lot to do and were very efficient with their time. My house looks so much better. I’m not embarrassed to have someone come into my house now.There were a couple of things that were overlooked, but like I said, they had a huge job and they conquered it. I’m very pleased with their work and so glad that they will be coming on a regular basis. I was uncomfortable in my own house and overwhelmed with the amount of work that needed to be done. This company was paid to do a deep cleaning on a house we just moved into. They stole all of my wife Louis Vuitton, MCM, Channel bags and clothing $10,000 worth of perfume claiming they put it on the street. Didnt even clean the home trash was left on the floor and the refrigerator was not clean. We are currently suing them for damages and would tell anyone NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My home still needed to be vacuumed. Dish washer filled with water, and dirty dishes. They also left my home unlocked. I sent pics to the Manager Kayla, and no response. They still charged me. I am livid.

They are very good at halfway cleaning. Be prepared to re-clean whatever you pay them to clean. I hired them to clean my new empty home. They left the Refrigerator dirty. The counter tops were dirty. The shelves in the laundry room were still dirty. Theres no telling what else they didnt do because I just re-cleaned everything myself. Biggest waste of money ever.

I specifically hired a cleaning service to do a deep cleaning and dust. There were areas left un-dusted in obvious places. My bathroom floor was not swept (obvious because there was debris on the floor) and was not mopped (because there was a stain on the floor). I was told when I booked the appointment that they mop and wipe the bathroom cabinets. The cabinets were not wiped, there were toothpaste stains still there. And they only cleaned the shower floor but not the entire shower! I am highly disappointed because I will have to hire another cleaner to clean behind this one.

Our maids were very kind and efficient. Professional and to the point, but also sociable. I’d hire them again!

Terrible customer service and cobwebs and dust still on all light fixtures. As the listing agent for a vacant home that was supposed to be cleaned by 2 Maids and a Mop, I had to clean all light fixtures myself plus the inside of all cabinets and drawers in order to close the house. They said they spent most of their time on the baseboards. To return and actually do what was asked, it would be the minimum of 2 hours.

It was bad they had to do a reclean of the initial cleaning. Then the hassle of doing things twice but i paid 270.00 for the clean so i felt it should be clean. Then they had plenty of excuses. But i am paying for a quality service. This was the second time so nope would not suggest running to them.

I waited to write a review until service had been provided several times. Two maids and a mop has done bi-weekly cleanings for me now for about 3 months. My crew is excellent. They are punctual, do a great job and are so incredibly friendly. I work from home and they are respectful of my space and remember Amy requests I made to ensure they are done each time. They always ask me if I would like to look around and if I notice something, they take care of it right away. Everyone has their own things that they are picky about, but with a mention it is taken care of and not overlooked the next time. There are always things that you as the homeowner are going to have to really deep clean yourself, but these ladies do an excellent job of doing the basic cleaning that is expected of a touch up - which is the package I requested. Also, once I needed an out-of-cycle cleaning and they were so accommodating - thats super important to me. I get a reminder call before every cleaning also. I would recommend them to anyone. I have been pleased with Two Maids and a mop! They treat my home as if it were their own. I have an indoor pet and they are very careful not to let him out. Also, they follow instructions carefully and are meticulous in their work! Highly recommend!

Beneficial thing I called Two Maids and A Mop. The administration was astounding. The house was cleaned altogether. Each side of the house was sparkling. I cant trust it.I didnt experience difficulty booking a cleaning to Two Maids and A Mop. It was simple peasy. Got an arrangement toward the finish of the call. That quick I got my calendar. The accepting agent was even well mannered and kind that is the reason the procedure gone smooth and quick.Will prescribe Two Maids and A Mop to my companions. Keep it up.

Kayla and Megan cleaned my apartment a couple weeks ago. They did a wonderful job and took away the stress I had been putting on myself about cleaning. In fact, they did such a good job that instead of getting a cleaning monthly, Ive decided to switch to one of the bi-weekly options (alternating a premium cleaning and a touch up). I really appreciated the good work they did!

Today, Hannah and Steph from TMAM came out to clean my home. Ive actually had the monthly service for over a year, and they always do a phenomenal job, making my home so much more pleasant when I get home from work. However, today, they went above and beyond, and my house looks and feels incredible! They took care of the big stuff, and my house smells wonderful, but they also hit the little touches, like throw pillows and blankets being arranged more nicely than I would even do myself. Ive had Kayla in the past (up until her maternity leave), and she has taken wonderful care of me too, with more energy than I can even imagine at that point in pregnancy. Autumn, in the scheduling office, has been so wonderful about scheduling around my constant travel and abnormal needs. Im grateful for all of these ladies!

Kim and her team did a really good job! 8 out of 10 on Deep Cleaning Service. Our houses baseboards, windows, blinds and other trim work have never looked better. A little more attention to detail regarding dusting and cleaning of kitchen would have easily been a 10 out of 10. Kims entire team was courteous and professional. I spoke w/ Kim this morning regarding my areas of concern. She not only listened and repeated my areas of concern, she apologized for the oversight and reassured me they would be addressed on their next visit. I would definitely recommend the Deep Cleaning service.

We are happy with the service provided by Two Maids & A Mop. They have been to our home twice and we look forward to the next visit. One issue is that our house doesnt necessarily smell clean, meaning smell like cleaning products, although it is clean. This might be good for those with strong aversions to smells and scents so they probably use non-scented cleaning products but I like to walk into my home and to instantly smell clean without looking around.

I just had my second cleaning service and am now very impressed. My first cleaning was the Spring Cleaning package that would be from top to bottom. After it was over I found that a room had not been done, called, they came back out to finish. Later I noticed that most items had been dusted around, objects not dusted, glass not cleaned. I decided to wait, have another cleaning as I had already made further appointments.So glad I did! The ladies that came out today-Kim & Juanita did an amazing job! They got everything that was missed on the first visit without my having to say anything-it was just part of their cleaning.I hope I can request them for the next visit as I am very satisfied with the service they provided.I would recommend them to friends!

Kayla and Shantel were prompt, and they got our house looking fabulous in the Design With Time package! They worked quickly, and professionally from top to bottom of our home. They were both very polite and conversational, but I think they might have been able to get a little bit more done if theyd focused more on cleaning and less on chatting with us. We definitely appreciated the friendliness and conversation, but not at the expense of getting work done when theyre on the clock.

I have been very please with Two Maids & A Mop. I have had several different maid services but none have ever been like them. I especially like the Pay for Performance Plan which keeps them accountable to quality cleaning at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great cleaning service.

I like that Shelly sends a text a day in advance to remind me of what time theyll be at my house. It makes it easy for me to plan my day so that Im not there during their scheduled time. Poor experience- they fail to provided policies and guidelines prior to you giving them your credit card or debit card information in regards to deposit policy. They are closed on weekends. Never received an email confirmation in regards to my potential services- when I requested to cancel the next day I could not get in touch with anyone and they kept my $50 deposit and did not give me the cancellation guidelines until they received my voicemail message with a cancellation request. I called within 24 hours to cancel and they still took my money. I hate I even called to get a price; the worst part- I called friday evening prior to them closing when I should of just waited until the following week until I was sure seeing that they are closed on weekends. I was told I would hear from the owner, however, no phone call. I suggest that you guys start providing all guidelines prior to accepting someones credit card information!

My experience with 2 Maids and a Mop was excellent. Shelly did a wonderful job, worked very hard and was fun to have in the house. My house was cleaned from ceiling to the baseboards, the bathrooms were spotless, even the boys. I would reommend them to all my friends and will certainly use them again.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Two Maids and a Mop! They showed up on time and even started picking up rugs as we toured my house! I had to pick up my dog from the groomer at lunch and took her back home. When I walked in the door I couldnt believe it! My house SMELLED so clean! I immediately could tell some hard work had been going on all morning! I kept looking at my kitchen cabinets wondering if they had painted them because they were so white! HA! Initially I was pleased with the service, but Ive talked to them several times bc the beds were made without the sheets tucked in at the foot of the bed. Sometimes the sheet is wadded up at the foot if the bed with the blanket tucked around it. Today is the 3rd time and weve had several conversations about this.Also today both kitchen trash cans were left full.I had hoped this service would work out for our home, but I cant pay someone to do the work and then cone home and do it myself.Very disappointed

This is my second review of Shelly and her crew who have now cleaned my home three times. As usual, Shelly and two of her girls were very punctual, friendly and professional. Each visit is an improvement over the previous one as these ladies get acclimated to my home and what I expect from them. Once again the house sparkles as every ceiling fan, shelf, book and nick-nack was dusted and the bathrooms looked amazing. I only have ONE complaint and that is the tile floors as we have not yet found the right product or technique to make them shine like I want. I have confidence that Shelly will overcome this minor problem through her continued experimentation and perseverance.I look forward to the girls on their next appointment.

LOve the maids. These ladies do a great job everytime they come to my home. So glad I decided to give them a call.

I was not happy with the service I was provided. You can tell the carpeted floors had been vacuumed because of the lines, but in places on top of the carpet were small pieces that had been left behind. It is evident that they did not know what they were doing with hardwood floors. Most of my house is hardwood and now I have water spots throughout the house and even sticky places that were not there before they came. There was one room that was not even touched. I specifically asked for all flat surfaces/ cabinets and built-ins to be wiped down and they were still dusty when the team left. I cannot believe I paid as much as I did for the service.
