I was very pleased with the service and responsiveness of this company. They cleaned our chimney and found some issues that were documented in photos. Layne was very professional and I highly recommend this business.

Called me the night before to confirm the appointment and did not show. After not hearing from the technician we called and were told we were not on the schedule. She was going to call the technician and call me back and never called back. Very poor customer service

Lionel Seales was super knowledgeable and even told me how to use our fireplace. He was very nice and didnt try to rip me off. He got back to me very fast after I called and worked on my house the same day. His pricing was very reasonable. I will most definitely use him again if I ever need too.

Very knowledge about what he is doing. Friendly and courteous, plus he cares about what he is doing and your families safety He doesnt go to the most expensive solution first, tries to the lesser first and then works up if you have to.

Lionel is extremely courteous and professional. He answered my call right away and came the next morning. He did a great job of cleaning the fireplace and put a new cap on the chimney. He also attached the glass doors for the fireplace that had not been installed properly. Highly recommended.
