Great bank to bank with
This IS THE ABSOLUTELY WORST PLACE TO BANK EVER!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE.. I OPENED MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM WHEN I STARTED WORKING AT WALMART IN CHANTILLY BECAUSE, THEY SAID NO FEES, NO MMF FEE, SO I THOUGHT I WAS IN THE CLEAR.. I RECEIVED A FEE FOR MY DEBIT CARD WHICH THEY SAID WAS FREE I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO GO INTO THE BRANCH TO GET IT REFUNDED CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT WITH ANY OTHER ACCOUNT I NEVER STEPPED INSIDE THE BANK FOR A REFUND ALWAYS CUSTOMER SERVICE.. THE CALL CENTER EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE AND ARE GIVING OUT MISINFORMATION EVERYTIME I CALLED.. AFTER GETTING ANOTHER FEE I WANTED TO CLOSE OUT MY ACCOUNT AND SINCE I USE TO WORK FOR BANK OF AMERICA YOUR SUPPOSE TO BRING YOUR ACCOUNT TO A ZERO BALANCE AND CLOSE IT OUT.. NOW IN THE BRANCH THEY SAID ITS A 25DOLLER FEE WHICH I NEVER HEARD OF FROM ANY OTHER BANK AND WAS NEVER NOTIFIED BY ANY EMPLOYEES.. SO I CALLED THE CALL CENTER AND A LDAY TOLD ME I COULD CLOSE IT OUT NO FEE AND I SAID OKAY AND ASKED THE QUESTION AGAIN AND SHE SAID NO THERE IS NO FEE.. I CALL THE NEXT DAY ACCOUNT IS AT ZERO AND NOTHING IS PROCESSING ON MY ACCOUNT.. NOW THE CALL CENTER AGENT WHO WAS VERY RUDE TELLS ME ITS A 10FEE TO CLOSE IT OUT..I CALLED THE CORPORATE NUMBER THEY SAID ITS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE. SO NOW IT WENT FROM 25,FREE, 10, AND NOW BACK TO FREE.. IAM VERY UPSET ALL I WOULD LIKE TO DO IS CLOSE OUT MY ACCOUNT WITH NO FEE, THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMPLOYEES, EVERYTHING.. I WILL POST EVERY DAY UNTIL SOMEONE PROVIDES ME WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I CAN CLOSE OUT MY ACCOUNT WITH NO FEE AT ALL... SINCERELY A VERY UPSET CUSTOMER.
