Please do not rent from here. You will forfeit your deposit easily. The cars are governed down so thats bad when driving in high traffic speed areas. Staff is friendly, but cars are not worth renting nor buying. I uploaded pics of a rental I had.

LISTEN TO ME! These people are complete frauds. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Their cars are very unsafe. They do not service or inspect the cars before you get in them. They only clean them and rent to the next person. I rented a Ford Expedition and the entire front end was so messed up and the wheel of the truck continuously rocked back and forth causing me to swerve on the road. When I arrived at my destination the brakes were smoking. On my way back at the light the truck would cut off. They also have an attachment on the battery that you have to unhook each time you get out the car. The day I rented the truck the battery died while I was in the gym and I had to call someone to jump it off. I was only in the gym for 2 hours. In the paper work they have you sign a form that makes you forfeit the deposit if you go over 74.75 mph. The meters on the cars make up speeds and report the number that they enter in. This company targets black people for business and then robs them blind. It may be a little more information needed but rent from a professional rental place and save yourself the anger. Look on the better business website. This company is not certified and they have a big F with the BBB and 6 complaints have already been filed. That’s why they changed the name to Cars Llc

They charge a flat rate to destination of trip, and then charge by the mile for any miles over the miles prediction.

This is a horrible Company. They do not return phone calls and are committing fraud. We paid off (My company) a $24K vehicle loan with them in August of 2019 and are still waiting to receive the title from them. This is pure theft. they wont return phone calls and now screen the calls and wont answer the phone. Leaving us with no choice but to go to the Alabama Attorney Generals office and file a complaint. Also going to contact the Montgomery County Sheriffs office and file fraud and theft by conversion charges,

My truck has been in the shop for the last few days and the folks at the rental shop were so helpful. Had to extend time and there was no problem. Clean and recent model cars for a reasonable rate. Very thankful for their help and professional operation. Will return to rent in the future.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! They are unprofessional in doing business with the intent of knowing that they are not going to do right by you. First mistake, they tell you to quickly sign and initial everything and that they will go over it with you(biggest lie of all). They try to work between two different people to make their jobs easier and dont give you all the proper info on the rental. Then when you bring the car back there are so many hidden fees or issues that were never discussed at the time of the rental. Whoever is there will give you the run around so that they dont have to answer anything for you, so they tell you to call the boss back. When you do call him back they tell you he is never there and also tell you that rules are rules and he will never call you back! In the in the lady states that they dont have to go over the paperwork and read anything to anyone!!!

Needed a car for several weeks due to mechanical issues with cars. They were honest and easy to work with. They allowed us to select the car we wanted and if there were any issues they dealt with them immediately. The staff jokes with us and seem glad to see us come. Good people. Some cars are better than others but most are very good.

Have rented from them twice and my experience was excellent and fast and was very satisfied with the service and the people that work there. Always have a good experience with them. Will always rent from them because prices are good.

My daughter rented a car here. She got a ticket for switched tag. And head lights not working. When my daughter had to go to court . We ask for the paper work that in fact this was a rental and this company only keep paper work for 30 days. This is a fraudulent establishment. I wouldnt suggest no one to rent here. Every time you call or go up there they love to get smart with you. Never ever getting my business.

My review is solely on customer service skills. I called this morning to inquire about the rental of a van. At first the woman who answered the call was dry, after I greeted her it sounded as if it picked up her spirits! But as I began to ask questions about price of rental and mileage her attitude came out. Then I was told my destination was out of their area, I asked what did she mean by that, and she repeated it(like that clarified anything). So my next quest was, So does that mean I cant take the vehicle there? She snapped, YES ITS OUT OF OUR AREA! I began to ask another question and she cut me off and hung up the phone in my face!! So many businesses forget how important customer service skills are and they should really work on it!!!

BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER!!!!! They took my deposit because they claim i went over their 75 mph limit. Im the type of driver who never goes over the speed limit. I drive like a grandma. I had the cruise control set the whole time and they give me a paper stating i was going 77 basically the whole time. So they took my deposit. Then they tell me i had to pay an additional $67 because I went over the 850 mile limit they gave me and i couldnt leave until i gave it too them or they would call the police. Also they gave me a car saying no smoking in the car or you lose your deposit but the car had a cigarette burn on the seat which tells me they were trying to take the deposit anyway.. If you can help it DONT RENT FROM THEM... They WILL take your money.

These place is a rip off scam they set a milage statement in contract not to exceed 75 miles per hour and or lost your deposit when the speed limit on the interstate is 70 miles per hour you have exceed there limit to get on the interstate scam to take your deposit I would not recommend this place to any one

This place should only ever be a last resort. Prices are ridiculous. 300 mile restriction which means you can barely leave the county. Whats the point? You almost have to give a kidney as collateral. Owner uses threats to make sure your follow his rules. Not saying it should be a free for all with the rental, just saying its not called for. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable rental company.

That was absolutely the worst experience that Ive ever came across. The own didnt care if you go the car or not. He say hes worth 7 figures. Rent or buy he could care less. First of all im a good husband who came to the lot ...to see what vehicle my wife was going to rent ... And of course she waited over an hour and while I was there ... I saw the vehicle she was going to get... And checked it out... Well how in the hell did the owner make a harsh decision to not rent my wife a vehicle because i wasnt on her insurance... Seriously... No wander this is why people hate mom and pop stand business... You mean tp tell me this is how you run your business... But you Have a picture of Jesus sitting in plain sight when people walk in ...Please how false can that be ... You may want to take that picture down...you bear false witness with an attitude like that... Sir ... Ill make sure people know about this!!! Disturbing stuff !!

The staff was nice when answering the phones and providing information. However, they failed to list that they ONLY except the major insurances from customers such as Alpha, Geico, State Farm etc. They DO NOT except any insurance from companies such as U S Agencies etc. Which I think in my opinion is misleading when they dont have is posted visibly for the customers to see on the property. I knew there was some side catch to the cheap cost of renting from them.

I returned a rental and they claimed I took the car and got scratches on the paint job. These cars are all used with high mileage on them and the car I rented for the weekend had over 100,000 miles with minor dents and scratches. And when I returned it,they lied like I went over my free miles and had damaged then vehicles. When I returned my car,their was a African American woman that rented the vehicle,but when I brought it back,a Caucasian woman took my return and gave me trouble saying I went over my miles and damaged the car. I ask about the lady that rented me the car for a witness and the lady said shes no longer there anymore. The manager was backing her story. So I called my insurance company and they said if they file a false claim,that its illegal and they will open up an investigation and to not worry about it. After fussing with the lady I left. . Ill never rent there again. RENT HERE AND BUY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I rented a car from these people cause Enterprise and Hertz were booked. I knew something was wrong the moment I sat down to fill out the application and the manager asked me who car I got out of...I asked why did it matter and he said he was just asking cause I cant be renting cars for other people. I was in a wicked rush cause I had to travel out of town for business so I ignored it. I wanted a specific vehicle which was small cause it was a one day rental for there and back. They gave me a sport car which I didnt want cause of gas, but said I couldnt get anything else cause everything else was booked for that same day. Which was a lie cause I stay down the street and the same cars sat out there for 3 days after I rented the vehicle. But as I took the gas guzzler with 10 other cars to choose from, the lady did an inpection on the vehicle and it had minor scratches on it with a very small ding in the back. I took a picture of it before I left with my phone. They gave me a picture on paper stating nothing on the car was damage but those scratches. Upon my arrival back...they claim the scratches wasnt that deep and the ding wasnt there. They said I probably parked my car at my job and a buggy hit it and I didnt know it. She drew this lie up cause she knew I worked in retail with buggies in the lot. Little did she know I went out of town for business and wasnt park in no parking lot with buggies.They tried to make my insurance company pay for it... I called my insurance company and explained to them what was happening and sent them video and pictures before I walked out. The manager came back after talking to my insurance company and said it was OK. He was going to file a false claim to fix his car. Had I not had proof,they would had got away with this. These are the most racist people to do this type of business. First of all I had been renting cars here for years despite of the ridiculous price changes and extra charges so I recommended my friend get a car here since it was close n he had nearby funeral to attend. So I take him in my car and a young woman working there looks at us and says WHATS WRONG WITH THAT CAR??!! I replied nothing but Im not going just bringing him here. Then she asked for both our I.d.and insurance then she denies us because MY INSURANCE ON MY CAR is with Safeway that they suddenly dont accept anymore. So when his sister got there to get it after waiting up there all that time she lets her get halfway through paperwork to tell her I CANT RENT TO YOU MAM BECAUSE YOU MAY BE GETTING IT FOR THEM AND HE HAS SAFEWAY. So I told her this was unlawful her response. DONALD TRUMP IS IN OFFICE YOU DONT MATTER. We are in process of filing a lawsuit. And what everybody says is true the cars are damaged before you get them and they will blame you for anything you havent made them aware was wrong. Please just call an uber.

Usually rent with Enterprise but last second trip sent me in their direction. Worst experience ive ever had honestly. That guy is a total liar and the most unethical person we have ever done business with!!! He goes far beyond being a crook ! We bought a car from him in November and paid him cash ! He kept telling us he would have the title for us ! Wrong answer ! As of today February 22 nd we still have not gotten our title ! He is even giving the dmv problems about getting it to us ! The only place he needs to be is in JAIL !!! For your sake stay away from him !

I purchased a SUV from them w/ no tag information was told to purchase from them which is not listed in any book in the state of Alabama, to my knowledge once you purchase a vehicle you should get your tag information with the rest of your paperwork from the car lot, I did not! I test drive the SUV w/ navigation and put the SUV on layaway same day I come bk to purchase it, its not there, they took the navigation disc out, steady renting it out putting extra miles on the truck before I purchase it! All done by Christy & the staff NONE of them are good people to deal w/ she gave me the run around the first day I paid my down payment, lying about the paper work was gonna be done the same day, wants to text you instead of calling you, poor customer service, unorganized, and more! She lied about the truck was getting detailed when I came bk to get the truck, still didnt get it to the next day & the truck was still NASTY, w/ NO GAS! The guy told us on the phone that it was easy to rent from him that all we needed was a drivers license, proof of insurance, and of course the money. Said it was a 100 dollar deposit and for the 2 day min requirements total was 78 dollars. Ok we get down there the indian looking guy asks for the proof of insurance first before anything. As we look threw our things he walks off to go serve somebody else. He comes back of course we have our insurance and he then tells us that our insurance is not good enough..said that ACCC insurance is what they call YOU PAY LESS YOU GET LESS. Then he pulled out this nice long list of all the insurance companies his rental establishment does not accept in which of course ACCC was in fact on his list as NO. But heres my delima: WHY DID HE TELL US IT WAS EASY TO RENT FROM HIM ON THE PHONE? He SAID ALL WE NEEDED WAS PROOF OF INSURANCE, A DRIVERS LICENSE AND THE MONEY. HE NEVER SAID IT WAS A CERTAIN TYPE OF INSURANCE THAT THEY DO AND DO NOT ALLOW. NOR DID HE MEANTION THAT HIS COMPANY DOESNT OFFER INSURANCE THERE LIKE MOST RENTAL CAR PLACES SUCH AS AVIS OR ENTERPRISE OR HERTZ..
