Not very good at install or customer service. When they installed our Internet Eq they forgot to run the cable from the Eq to the outside of the house to meet the cable company. Turned in to a mess to gert it run in and looks terrible. Also they wont come back to maintain the Eq after numerous phone calls. NOT RECOMMENDED for RESIDENTIAL service.

The staff members from Wilson Shaw IT are fantastic and their follow through is even better. They took their time to explain everything to me and followed up the next week to make sure everything was still working well for us.
