After traveling 45 miles after hearing good things, we were shocked at the treatment we got. Before getting in the door good we were harassed and lectured about not having mask while f int desk salesperson was not wearing one and then told they didnt sell vape nyl wrap for boats talking over us when we asked questions. Totally unprofessional curt,unknowledgeable, her behavior was unacceptable. We walked out.

The signs for my vehicle turned out awesome. I am very happy with the service. The staff was friendly and helpful in the design and installation of the decals. I would recommend them to anyone requiring signage for their company.

I had a black & white 8x10 photo enlarged to 29x47 poster on corrugated plastic. It is awesome!!! They did a great job and in a timely manner. I was able to wait for it and it took less than an hour. I highly recommend them. Ive used them in the past for several projects and theyre always friendly and professional.

Customer service and timeliness are two of the traits I look for from employees when shopping; I was very impressed with the way my order was handled from start to finish. As a matter of fact, I got emails from two different associates at one time during the process, so I had no problem at all with communication and follow-up. My son posted his sign on Instagram and several students reached out to him to ask where the sign was purchased and he referred them to you. Hopefully, some of those contacts have bought signs.

I took in my basic information that I wanted to see on a sign. I did not really have a design in mind and left it up to them to make a design that would reflect the information I provided in a professional manner. They worked up a design that was nothing short of awesome and did so in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them for your sign work. My sign will be used at Car Shows to highlight the positives on my show car.

Signs Now is the best sign company I have ever worked with. I didnt expect them to actually install the signs once they were done, but I came into work that morning and they were already hung and done at a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with their work and it was all done to specs and done professionally!

I went to get a quote for lettering on trailer. 3 people came out to do quote. 2-3 weeks later still no email. I have call multiple times to follow and was told they will leave message and return call with quote. I’m assuming they choose which jobs they want and ones they don’t. This is very unprofessional and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR TIME GOING THERE TO GET A QUOTE.

Incredibly professional! Every deadline that they promised to meet was met. I had an issue with the graphic designer, who has since been fired for poor work performance, and Production Manager Yolanda Tucker and owner Kippy Paige, stepped in and resolved it with the upmost professionalism and courtesy! I am so glad I chose them; I would recommend them and use them again.

I called this company 5 weeks ago for a simple sign. One sheet of metal with the logo and a small statement. After someone took my information I called our corporate and had them send over the logo. It was simple put that on a sign and send me a proof. After calling and waiting several weeks I called back and ask again where was my proof? They finally send a proof which I immediately sent to the landlord, corporate and the our owner. All approvals were sent back within one day and ask for a price. I waited several days for a price then started sending an emails back each day with just one word, Price? After speaking to many people over many weeks I finally get someone that says they have people in front of me and they were waiting on their installer to give them a price. Then I called again and they said we have the price from the installer and we will send you a price shortly. Now this was at 11:00 oclock and I am thinking within an hour. I said if you do not have this price to me by 4:00 pm today then I will go somewhere else. They said sending it shortly. It never came. So I trying to give them one more chance I called Wednesday morning and ask where was my price. They started in by saying well we had to work on you logo and we had to create it and all the other things they never said to me. So I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

The sign is great. My students all comment on in and new students drop by daily since it has gone up. It would have really helped me to have a time-line of how long one can expect the process to take. I ended up ordering something temporary from Vista Prints which was an added cost with a small return because of the timing. I would have ordered it earlier if I had undestood how long it was going to take.

I worked at this location. One time, we had a client named Mohammed, and the owner said you know hes a terrorist. Or at least one of his brothers is. Really enjoyed this job. They paid for overtime in barter, so on Fridays every week we would work off the clock for about 20minutes and get paid in a beer instead of cash which was just awesome because my landlord actually accepts payment in the form of alcohol. Also, the owner fired me after I turned down his offers to buy me dinner and drinks one too many times. Nice guy.
