We had a critical customer service issue which required a sooner rather than later response. The lack of concern and attention Peninsula Pool provided to my elderly parents was shocking.It was telling when one of the managers said they were better off not maintaining our hot tub because we were their only south coast account. Based on our recent unfortunate experience, it’s understandable that they have no others customers in our area.We are no longer using this business and cannot recommend them to other consumers.
I wish I could rate this company with zero stars. I walked in this morning and no hello or good morning. I helped myself and got what I needed and brought it up to the counter. I said good mornings big and the guy didn’t even look ok up from his computer. I stood there for some time with my items and there was no one else in the shop. No help or no mention of “we’ll be with you in a moment. Nothing. I put the items back on the shelf and walked out. Unfortunately I don’t think they cared. Don’t give here if you want customer service. They obviously don’t need the business!!
This company serviced my pool for 6 years. The last year has been a nightmare. They gave us a new pool person who needed more training as every time we went to use the pool it was cloudy. When we called they simply said if you dont like it try another company instead of trying to help. So we did. This company is a joke. We have moved on and couldnt be happier with our new company.
