The folks at FedEx have always been courteous and professional. From outward appearances this place runs like a well-oiled machine. Have you ever noticed how theres a hidden arrow in the logo? Pretty cool!
Even when Fedex makes a mistake they were able to take the edge off an otherwise unpleasant experience. The driver, Jaime, has stayed in touch physically by stopping by with updates and making sure I was kept in the loop until the situation is resolved. Lizzie and Jessica at the Monterey, CA office have also called to keep me informed as well. Thank you all for your devotion and a job well done.

This is fabulous place - no lines, front parking and super friendly staff.... no matter what time it is. This place is great - I love that they are open to 6:30, I can drop off packages after work.
They had a package coming to my house in salinas and it said nobody was here but nobody even came up to the door which we had opened
If you dont mind Highway 68 traffic, this spot has longer hours for same day shipping drop-off. Also good for complete supplies restocking. Finally, SERVICE. Every person there really knows and wants to help.
I had a package scheduled to be delivered to me at my home today. Not only did the driver NOT attempt to deliver the package to the correct location, as there was no door tag number left on my door, and as there have been people at my home all day waiting specifically for that package. But also, when putting a trace on this package and attempting to see what happened, I encountered a very hostile and rude employee. Christina provided by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She was rude, careless and uncooperative. Worst service ever!!! It was very disappointing to be on the receiving end of her bad attitude and lack of empathy, and after taking time off work to wait for a package that NEVER arrived, it was extremely frustrating to be spoken to with such bad attitude.
Ive taken 2 pkgs. to the Fedex Ship Center that required overnight delivery to a medical lab in Chicago. They were delivered on time, & to date, Ive been pleased with the service, & on-site personnel have been very courteous.

Hopefully he is not the only one who has had a bad experience with these, because the person who came to leave my package behaved very rude that lack of professionalism. Even having an ID and they didnt even want to give me my package just because I didnt have my current address because what happens as soon as I move and they dont have to have my current address on my license.
