I have used Heaven on Earth Cleaning before. On September 24th, Carolenacame to clean a very neglected house. She was efficient and did an awesome cleaning. She was careful and mindful of details. I would recommend her completely.

1st time customer and for sure will use Heaven on Earth again. Brenda did a fabulous job! House is pet hair free and smells fresh and clean. 1 person for our house is a lot of work and a little overwhelming especially after a good amount of time without having a steady bimonthly cleaning #covid. House is now all clean and fresh!2 things I wish were done as part of “Deep Cleaning” was cleaning my refer and my ovens as well as underneath the burners of my range. Imelda has cleaned our home for 5 or 6 years now and she is amazing. She is punctual, thorough, friendly, and professional. We could not have asked for a better service.

Contact them for move out cleaning on short notice due to the other company (Molly Maid) ghosted on the day of scheduled cleaning. The receptionist is responsive and able to get us a booking on Monday. I had given wrong card info for the deposit and she contacted me at timely manner and very responsive even when its after hours.The house was quite dirty and their performance were really great. Shout-out to Rosa and Kathleen who came to do the cleaning. Especially Rosa, Im very impressed with her work ethics and hard work she put in. The cleaning was so much that Rosa couldnt finish in a day so Kathleen came to finish up on second day. Kathleen did really great job as well and this shows the consistency of the employees. The house was even cleaner than when I move in.

Service was sub par, for a very small one bedroom apartment $200 + $60 tip, floors were not mopped in kitchen or bathroom at all. Window ledges and blinds not dusted. This is not a professional cleaning service, no attention to detail.

Ive had Donna at my house twice. First time she did a great job with a very large room that hadnt been used for a long time, very dusty and dirty. Second time she did remove cobwebs from the high ceilings in my hallway and living room, after that got to 2 bathrooms. What do I need to do to get my house clean? Please advise.

They have been nothing short of reliable and have worked with us from routine weekly cleanings, move out & move in cleanings when our office moved, when we needed to make last minute changes spur of the moment or had any additions to include in cleaning. That are all around great! Friendly customer service, friendly staff, thorough cleaning! Anytime I want or needed something extra I simply communicated that to Marleen and she made it happen.

The maid did an amazing job with cleaning my one-story house which included her cleaning the kitchen, one bedroom, and two bathrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were sparkling and I received many compliments from friends who came over that night.My only problem would be the price that I paid for the service. I understand that the maid was there for a long period of time and deserves to be compensated. However, it still felt as though the job could have been done a lot quicker if she had somebody else to assist her. I feel that it was too much work for one person to do on their own and could not help but think that I was receiving a small team for the price I paid.Overall, I am very satisfied with the cleanliness of my house. If you want the job done right, HOEC services will get it done. Just dont expect it to be cheap.

Very Detailed and responsive, not only are details important to me but also communication. The housekeeper who arrived was running a few minutes behind schedule finishing up her first house and I was notified in advance by the owner. When she arrived she unloaded supplies and after going over a few instructions she got to work right away! Thank you for your help with my mothers home especially coming from out of state to see the condition her home was in being elderly with no help.... You made this transition very smooth and easy, well worth the price,I am a very satisfied customer. I will call you as soon as I am settled into my new home

Do not waste your money on this Cleaning Service, I requested a quote to have our condo cleaned for Move Out Cleaning - was a total waste of money as you can see from the photos our condo was not ready to turn over the keys. When I called Marleen and sent her the photos, she told me that I should have mentioned my concerns before the cleaner left! I guess I figured that for $40 hr cleaning the toilet and behind the toilet was common sense. Very disappointing. We had also scheduled a carpet cleaning, I have to leave work a second time the same day to meet the carpet cleaner. I was not told this before hand and they were late. Due to my mention to Marleen that the cleaning was not done properly, she decided to cancel my scheduled carpet cleaning! So I paid for a house to be cleaned that was not cleaned - then the afternoon before I have to turn over keys to property manager and cant schedule anyone else to clean carpets- she cancels -leaving me with no choice but to spend all night cleaning myself -instead of being with my family. Trust me and go with another company.Updated review response-I see the response Marleen has posted - This is sad that she is making accusations against a customer- The photos are accurate and I paid in full for this poor service and never asked for a refund. The cleaner was actually paid for extra time- that was not in the in the estimate and still did a poor job.

Renters complained kitchen wasnt clean

I had a last minute move out and they came and cleaned the house and shampooed my carpets. The stains were pretty bad but now carpet looked great almost like new. Thankyou for your hard work and for being so professional.

I left 100.00 on the counter and stayed with my 2 kitties in the 2nd bdrm, as I had told Marlene I would do for the first couple of times, to get them used to the new noises. the appt was for 1:30p, not 2:17p when I heard her come in. after an hour, I heard the cleaner receive a call out in the hall...... oh right, I did forget to do that... Id better go get that done now.... at exactly 3:34p she left my condo, and after a bit I came out because what cleaner leaves after she is at the place she is cleaning?..... I called Marlene, and she told me that the cleaner had called her and left to go get rubber gloves. yeah, right. housecleaners never bring rubber gloves to a job, and it always takes more than an hour to get those darn gloves. after she didnt return for an hour, I called Marlene and told her to have the cleaner leave me some money back under my mat, and that we would call it a day, meaning I would find someone else. so I got 40.00 back, which means that for 1 HOUR and 17 MINUTES I was charged 60.00... in that time, the 2nd bathroom was cleaned, the wooden floors were damp mopped, dishes were put in the dishwasher, and the counters cleaned. the living room rug wasnt cleaned however, because she didnt HAVE A VACUUM CLEANER.now Marlene is going to say there was reported cat feces somewhere. thats what the cleaner reported when she said she was going out for rubber gloves, when in truth she was going to run some errand that she forgot. Im a slob and I admit it, thats why I like to have a reliable housecleaner. but I clean the kitty box twice a day, and there is no feces in my condo.THis is a TERRIBLY run company, that took money from me, way too much, and the owner could care less. Heaven on Earth....... dont make me laugh.
