Jaime came out on Monday the 23rd and unclogged my washer line for me.Just have to say how pleased i was with his professionalism and customer service. He quoted the price before doing any work. I like that so you know what your paying for. He did a great job.

Called at 10 for an emergency Sewer Hydro-Jet Cleanout and inspection and they were there in an hour and the job was completed by noon. Great work, amazing service. Go to resource.

They did a plumbing inspection for a house we’re about to buy and then hydrojetted when it was clogged.Their report was more informative than the seller’s plumber and ultimate outcome was geared toward maintenance not replacement of the plumbing system (which is what the seller’s inspection said)

Called in once and they didnt seem inviting or courteous ... wont be calling back again.

Called Mr. Rooter Plumbing the other day because my toilet wouldnt flush. The young lady on he phone was very polite and was able to schedule me an appointment the same day. Joseph came out and inspected my toilet, he was very clear and polite and he let me know exactly what needed to be done to fix my toilet. As a senior citizen with not a lot i was worried about the cost. Joseph informed me about their senior discount, which I was happy to learn about. I went ahead and accepted the work. Joseph did a great job, I was very happy with this company. Everyone I spoke to was informative and kind. The Tech was clean and made sure that everything was put back in its place after he was finished. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them %100. Thank you Mr. Rooter

Great Service. Had 3 other plumbers come in and tell me that I needed to tear out my driveway because they found lots of places where roots had penetrated my sewer line. Mr. Rooter cleared the first clog and with a camera determined that they could clear the remainder with simply a hydrojet machine. Saved my driveway, saved big money and they guaranteed their work. Honesty in not trying to charge more and really look at problem makes me a returning client. Got it all done in 4 hours.

Waste of time, no concept of customer service. I will make sure to share my horrible experience with everyone I know, never again will I recommend this company, I regret ever setting them up to service the properties I work for. I’m only giving them one start because there are no negative starts to give.

Looking for a reliable, professional and reasonable plumber this is the company you want to use. They showed up to my house on time and was very professional. They covered the floor where they would be working and even put shoe covers on. I was concern because i have new cabinets and flooring and they were clean and not in a rush. They explained the situation in detail so I was comfortable. This company definelty knows it stuff. I would highly recommend them.

They are a rip-off, thanks to the Home Office the got me a refund. If there offer to do the job cheaper off the books dont do it.
