Despite the nail salon getting robbed and the police showing up my 1st time here, the service from my technician was thorough. My second time today 2.5 weeks later and my service was rushed and done poorly. I shouldve requested the same girl from my first visit. I will next time! Just because I know that she takes pride in her work.

First visit: I came when it wasn’t busy at all. Service was okay and they gave me the cute design I wanted. Pricy but my gel manicure lasted 3 weeks so it was worth it.Second visit: Busy day but I had an appt booked. They worked on my pedicure & manicure at the same time but they had me in and awkward position sitting at the tables instead of being comfy sitting on the couch with two ppl working on me at once. The next day I noticed air bubbles in 6/10 finger nails! Doubt it’ll last 3 weeks like before but I’m not returning to find out how my next set will be.Con: Service- abysmal if not, non-existent..Pro: Detail-oriented with cleaning your cuticles.

My daughter found this place on Google she called first to find out the price for A Full Set of acrylic nails, they told her $17.00 she verified the price several times on the phone and arrived and she confirmed $17.00 again. The lady doing her nails even confirmed and said good price right.When my daughters nail were almost done she put a $20 bill on the table and the lady looked strangely and said No. My daughter said what do you mean its $17 right she said No $70. My daughter reached in her pockets and only had her light bill money and the lady snatched it and said you owe me $10 more $70. Then she started speaking chinese to all of the other workers, then a big Chinese man went and blocked the door and she got on the phone as if she was calling the police. My daughter had her baby with her and didnt want any further embarrassment so she gave her the $10 and left. The nails were no where near worth $70 or nor would she EVER WOULD HAVE PAID $70 FOR CLEAR WHITE SHORT NAILS. These people are very unprofessional, and bullies, and practice unfair business.

Very unprofessional, I came her despite the bad reviews, I really wish I didnt. My freind and I specifically asked for acrylic gel nails & they said they didnt hear us. So my freind & I said its okay but than they gave us a different price than they said first will definitely not come back here.
