This Place is Horrible 🤬when it comes to doing the Services, They use the same towel from another person, Like me and they tried to use that Dirty towel on the Next Customer, At the End they Over Change you for the Services Done, ask 1st before they start, they also have a Bucket with new Towels and they dont have a Washer & Dryer to do Laundry, other incident today there the Pedicure Spa Chair Overflow with water 💦 when the customer had her Feet 🦵 in there, So this is what they Did, Took the water out and Dumped it in the Right side Spa Chair with a Customer sitting there with her Feet 🦶in it 😱, There was 3 of us there getting Service, it was our 2nd Time there, Ihope the Health Inspectors see this Post, We will Never go BACK !!!!! Other Customers where there, Hopefully they say Something too !!!!!

THIS PLACE MAY HAVE A FEW FLAWED WORKERS BUT I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ASKING FOR KELLY SHE DOES AN AMAZING JOB ON FULLSETS I ONLY GO THROUGH HER WHEN I GO HERE. 🤘❤❤🤘

Horrible experience. They really don’t care about their clients. the nail lady cut me and made me bleed. I saw the reviews before coming here but I decided to give them the benefit of doubt but instantly regretted it. Never coming here back again. There’s better places for pedi/mani but this ain’t it.

I went in for a pedicure and they took me in right away, however the pedicure I received was not good at all it’s was the faster pedicure and most of my side skin was not removed and at the end of manicure or pedicure they give you a short massage and nothing was perform..Don’t recommend this place and will never come back...

I went to the nail salon with a cousin and friend. I decided to get black tips. I sit where the lady at the front tells me to go sit and when I sat down, one of the ladies asks what I was doing sitting here. I told her the lady at the front told me to sit here. The woman who did ny nails was very rude. She cut my skin a few times and was done in less then 10 minutes. She tells me to go wash my hands and gives me the bill then walks away. My nails are really short and they charged $35. Id avoid this place at all cost

First off the outcome of my nails were actually good. I was happy with the end results besides a few minor flaws. However, the woman who did my nails was SO INCREDIBLY ROUGH. I understand shes trying to finish as soon as possible to see other clients, but I expect to get good service regardless, especially because its little pricey here. She cut me pretty deep while filing my nails and all she said was oh sorry and she kept going, being extremely rough. She didnt put ointment or anything. She gave me my bill and just walked away. Ive done my nails at many places and I think this is by far the worst. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because like I said the outcome was pretty good. Also theyre very pushy about their tip. I left one but honestly kinda wish I didnt.

Do not recommend coming prices are too high for a bad service and i asked to wash my hands and they just got a bowl and they got the water from where I had my feet in and told me to wash my hands there and they also don’t clean the their nail clippers and other.👎and for the prices are too high.

I was actually going to get my nails done next door because they have a good review but they werent opened, even though it was a time that they were supposed to be open. So I thought Id give this place a chance to despite of the negative reviews, worst decision ever. I went in with a positive attitude all I wanted was a manicure and eye brows waxed. I immediately got sent to a room to get my eyebrows done and she kept on pushing to get my upper lip wax even after I repeatedly told her no in a nice way and she seemed bother because I refused. When it was my turn to get my manicure I wanted gel as well so she only handed me a sample of the gel colors but then I seen someone else with a bigger stack of gel samples. When I asked her if those were gel samples she said yes and I asked why didnt you show me those and her response was because I didnt ask, really?! The bigger stack had nicer colors and glitter samples. After that she started talking Chinese and looked very annoyed. She also wanted me to add a coat of powder and when I said no she started doing my nails she rushed the whole process and was hurting my nails. I will never come back to this place again!!!

Horrible service. DO NOT GO! I never leave reviews anywhere but for this one I will save you your time & money. They for starters are super pushy, second I paid $18 for a 5 min pedicure where she rushed the whole thing & was hurting me. Second I got a full set done & it was TRASH FOR THAT THEY CHARGED ME $45. I paid a total of $64 for TRASH!!!!!!! I kept telling the lady that I was unhappy w the service & she kept making excuses. When I asked to speak to the owner she said she was the owner. Later to come to find out that the owner wasn’t even there. SAVE YOUR COINS & YOUR TIME!

I go to Denny... everyone else in here talks behind your back and kind of make fun of clients and talks their language but Danny is a straight shooter hes one of only two guys in here he does a great job I think if you go to anyone else you might get a decent job but if you go to Denny who used to own his own salon at one point youre going to get a good job with minimal gossip non-invasive personal issues and questions about your personal life just a good job and a quick job on your nails whether its gels are acrylics Denny is your guy... and Kelly shes really good and her nails really really stick on well but everyone else in here talks behind your back and kind of makes fun of you. I dont really want to go to another place so I just come here by default but I have to feel all the daggers have their laughs and jokes and also if they rip off your nails or theyre rough with you and you tell them its hurting you they make fun of you and they laugh so just letting you know unless you have a specific person in here you really like... if they caused you pain they really wont care and will make fun of you while theyre at it. Also dont have your own mind about how you want your nails done if you want anything different theyll also make fun of you and cause a big scene and tell you what kind of color you have to have etcetera etcetera. If you have your own mind do not go here...

I have been a loyal customer for over a year! My manicurist Is Ann and she does an awesome job Ive never had any problems with Ann and the work she does!!! I would recommend Ann to everyone :)

This place seemed cool until this horribly rude guy started doing my nails. I had told him i wanted medium and he cut the nails very small and crooked! When I told him about it he said it was my own nail that makes it look like that. He started being very rude to me after that. I told him nevermind and that I was sorry to waste his time and he just waved me away to get out of the place like I was a dog! I noticed in the reviews that Im not the only person he treats that way.

They did a bad job with my pedicure, and when I told the lady she said it’s ok, I wanted her to fix it. I got a gel manicure and it was sloppy, not coming back

I just left this location, intending to get a facial but the service was horrible. Originally came here because, Plus Nails 2 messed up my eyelash extensions so i figured the first location would do a better job. Not only did they leave the gel remover on for too long, i had to go bother someone to finish the job because my eyes were starting to sting. They did a poor job to remove the lashes and need to pay attention to their clients. Not worth the trouble.

Do not go to this place!! I went for full set and always get short tips for $20, but the nail salon I usually go to was closed. I went to this rip-off nails place and they tried charging me $30!! Because I didnt want any other services they were trying to add. They ask you if you want eyebrow, gel nail polish, and whatever else; when you say no just nails please they will increase the price of that one service youre requesting. They will also speak in their dialect so that you dont understand what they are saying when youre trying to confirm price, so if you ask someone else How much the employee who is increasing price of that one service will say something in their foreign language to the other about the increase, and that employee youre asking will repeat that price so that you will think it is actually $30. RIP OFF DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!

IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR A ZERO STAR, THEN I WILL TOTALLY DO IT! There is a guy that is really rude and have bad service. He was working so fast, rough, careless, and singing a weird song and it really bothers me. Trust me, I had never experienced low quality like this. This was my first time here and this will be the last time I will ever step in that place. Ever.

The guy that works and sits in the back station is rude af and doesn’t even have skills he was so rude he got upset becuase he had too fix a nail 3 times cuase he thought polish could fix the problem when he filed terriably 🙄. Do not goo here !!!!

TERRIBLE!!! The lady took about 5 min. on my pedicure if that. She put my feet in the water Inc for a few sec and that was it. She didnt do anything. She didnt even use a base coat. I will never go back.

Bad service, many people inside the premises and there is no disinfectant and they do not clean the utensils they use with the previous client, I was more than an hour just for a pedicure and I paid for the manicure and I better left because they had me sitting waiting for that another person is unoccupied I will never return to that place
