Got to be one of the worst places to do your taxes here! Staff and main owner of this lame establishment are noting but scams lame heads! And after tax season you wont be able to get in touch with these people what so ever! They really did my TWO cousins here dirty and now they dealing with the IRS. It has been 42 days and i havent even gotten my refund yet or get response from them. And what makes it worse to check your status on your refund on the IRS site it says it has been sent 4 days ago to there office. Went down there to get this straighten out and they closed 4hrs before business hrs!!! But let me find out they did me dirty! That lame bald owner guy who drives a beat up car i got his info. Any one who needs it email me. Gonna pay him a visit later on the night today!

Im given this place one star because I can not place zero stars. This business is the worst tax place ever, Eduardo lied on my taxes, and now Im being audited by the IRS. His employees did the same to many other families and they bear the consequences as well. During and worse after tax season you cant get a hold of anyone. Especially if you have a concern or issue with your files. They will only give you the run around. DO NOT LET ANYONE IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT DO YOUR TAXES, SEEK BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

This location employees are scam artist starting with richerd adelmann ptin: p01801597 now I have to pay the IRS $1500. Be very very very careful before you deal with any employees from this E-TAX or any other connection with them they have another location in Beverly as well

His employees Lied on my tax returns and now I am being audited by the IRS. After tax season it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone at that office for any help. Never again will I allow this business to complete my tax return nor recommend anyone to this business. Be careful it is the worst thing to have to clean up someone elses mistake with the IRS

Eduardo Ramos is the best when it comes to tax time. I was referred to him by my father-in-law and will be referring all of my friends.

Best guy when it comes down to business taxes. Even though you need to be there supper early to be seen (because it gets packed) the wait is well worth it.
