I went online and ordered the princess bounce house for my daughters birthday, I called the next day to confirm the order and the time of drop off and pick up. The day of the party the jumper was a no show!!!!! I called numerous times asking if the jumper was still even going to be delivered!!!! The gentlemen that kept answering the phone told me the person would be there to deliver jumper. The drop off time was 1pm my last conversation with the company was at 4:30pm the jumper was never delivered and needless to say my event was ruined!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR EVENTS THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP AND JUST TELL YOU THEY DONT KNOW WHY THEIR EMPOLEE DIDNT DELIEVER THE RESERVED JUMPER!!!!

Rented a waterslide for my daughters 13th birthday and it was great! Arrived on time, set up quickly and the slide was wonderful! The kids really enjoyed it. We cant wait until the next time we can order one of these again!!

Ordered a water jumper for this past holiday weekend, the owner calls me, late Saturday to tell me that he might not get me the jumper for Sunday however he is not sure and asked me if I would wait till the next morning to confirm. I asked if he could please give me a call early morning to see if I could get a replacement with a different vendor, I did not get call, I had to call him to ask about the jumper, tells me he is not going to be able to get it to me half an hour before it needs to be deliver to me. I was very disappointed in his customer service, he said he would refund my money, have not seen the money refunded back to my card. Now I need to call the bank and have them reverse this transaction. Will not use Dream Bounce ever. Not reliable.

Such Horrible service! Placed my order about a month ago and when it comes the day to drop it off they are about 4 hours late! All i keep getting are excuses from them! BAD BAD BAD SERVICE! i will never rent from this place again..

Be cautious when renting from this company. Our first rental went great. Last year was our 3rd year renting from them. Every year the price has increased by about $50. Last year was the worst. After booking online 5 months in advance the owner Aram called 2 weeks prior to the event to inform me the website listed the wrong price and he would be charging me an extra $100 for the rental. I tried to negotiate with him seeing that I booked it 5 months in advance, he waited until last minute to call, that we were repeat customers and had referred 2 other families. He was incredibly rude and belittling. With little time left I tried to book with other companies but what I needed was already booked. So against better judgement we agreed to continue the rental with Dream Bounce. The rental arrived 2 hrs late after making multiple phone calls Aram finally answered to tell me the truck had a flat tire and was not sure when the rental would arrive. I would have liked a courtesy call at least. When they finally arrives they attempted to collect $50 more than what owner Aram quoted. I eventually resolved this issue after multiple calls to owner Aram.
