Let me say that the service here is superb! Ive been a customer since 1996 and came back when I moved back to my hometown. While Ive been to other places and even Costco, I couldnt stand the long wait times or even having to schedule an appointment ahead of time! Kens is the best with excellent customer service, honest analysis and great pricing. I will continue to buy my tires here from here on out. Diagnose my car very well. They know what they are doing but unfortunately the put very cheap part with expensive price. I replaced the front and the rare breaks and after only 3 months or less both of them went very bad. I brought the car back and all what they said just dont push the break hard :) so I took my car to the dealer and for more than one year till now I dont have any issue with the breaks. The dealer told me the both breaks front and rare are very bad.if you want to fix your car there just make sure you buy the parts yourself

I rarely leave reviews but I can’t help but rave about this honest and awesome establishment. I am a female and moved from Illinois to California a few years back. I always relied on my dad for any and all car “issues” I had ever come across being that I don’t know much about cars (and by much, I mean anything at all). Kens Tire & Wheel was recommended to me by a neighbor and I can not stress how happy I am that it was!!! I have been multiple times over the last year, for nails in my tire before work, to get air in my tires when the light comes on and today, to purchased new tires. I could have easily been convinced 1 yr ago that I needed new tires (after being told by pep boys that I did) however, the honest men here, told me that was not necessary yet.If you’re looking for honesty, professionalism, diligence and quick....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!

Great place. I goggle them on Sunday night making sure they patch tires. We pull up and they gave us quick customer service. We ask Ken for a tire quote on all 4 tires with in 2 minutes he had all the info. Its great to have a business this close to home. We left fast and happy after the patch was done. Thanks guys.

Ken was very personable and very helpful with my needs. He went above and beyond making me a Satisfied customer! It’s scary for a female to go on her own because we often get taken, but I have to say he had a very reasonable prices compared to what others were asking and I even got more work done on my car then my other quotes. I’m referring everybody I know to Ken for anything pertaining to wheels rotors, and tires And he will definitely be my go to guy as needed.

Very customer focused! No upsell, just does what is best for the customer. Came in late and they helped me out with my flat when everyone said theres nothing that can be done. They fixed it, plenty of life left in the tires. I bought my next set from them because of their customer experience policy! Highly recommend.

I used to get my tires at Costco. Dont get me wrong Costco is good but Kevin at Kens Tires its just a lot better. He takes care of his customers and takes pride in his work. I came here after my wheel detached from my car while driving. I wasnt optimistic but they had me back on the road in no time. It cost less than I expected and they did not try to upsell me. Overall a good experience and I would definitely recommend.

My family has been dealing with their family for decades. Fine people, great work and tires. Just had a nail in a tire the evening before Labor Day and the next morning just to check I called, they were open til Noon on Labor Day! Got there and Kevin was working alone, dealing with several customers on the fly, fixed my tire much quicker than I was expecting. incredible guy, work ethic and family business.

I hit a pothole and needed my front passenger tire checked out. The employees there were quick and very professional.They checked out my tire and let me know the patched needed 24 hours to cure. However, they lent me a loaner tire and I was on my way to work all within 30 mins.

Nice local tire shop, the manager Kevin is very honest, but will always suggest the right way to get the job done correctly, has new and used tires, they also do alignments, nice little waiting are outside that is shaded.

Kens a good guy and has always been able to help me out. Theyre a relatively small shop, so if theyre busy, service can take a while, but thats to be expected. Otherwise, very knowledgeable and helpful.

Dishonest ! Performing alignment on vehicles they cannot fix and dont have the skills to do so . Sad part they have no problem putting you in an unsafe vehicle and taking your money !! Brought my vehicle with a fully rebuilt front end and was referred to Kens by front end shop. Dropped car off first thing in morning come back 9hrs later car still on rack . When my vehicle was pulled off rack it wouldnt turn left, mechanic crawls underneath starts making adjustments I ask immediately is everything okay and safe. Im assured everything is fine by kens tires. 2,900 miles later on new tires they are ruined and worn in the insides down to nothing. I bring my vehicle back to kens tires to show him the damage and ask for an explanation. Im informed my brand new rebuilt front end now has bad ball joints and A-arms . $400 dollars to fix and replace front end parts again and $300 in ruined front tires . Now the vehicle is returned to kens tires they want to aligned the vehicle again I move the new rear tires to the front . I have 2 requests from kens tires 1) the original reciept showing what kens did and the settings on the alignment the first time. 2) The second alignment I want full details of whats wrong or what wasnt done and the settings you aligned front end at . I go to pick up Vehicle Im assured again by kens tires that everything is correct, safe and settings for alignment are where they should be . Im given my reciept and there is nothing on it explaining what was done or what was wrong or what was needed to correct problem. I ask the mechanic where are the details he wont answer I ask again then he states he wants to give me my money back several times I refuse . I immediately take my car to Bear Frame alignment shop thats been around for decades Im told the setting are wrong and the front end needs shims to fix Camber problem and thats a given and should of been done by kens tires. To date a Complaint has been filed with the Bureau of automotive Repair and kens tires is still not taking any responsibility so I will see them in Court. Go to a shop thats Honest and stands by there work including there mistakes . If they didnt know what they were doing from the beginning all they had to do is say so.
