I don’t have any issue with the actual trash pick up service. My issue is with the Customer Service, or better said the lack of. It’s absolutely horrendous!!. I know the trash pick up is delayed by a day after a holiday, I’ve been a home owner since 1999. But, I noticed my neighbors trash can on one side of me full and my neighbor on the other side had a black empty can with the lid open. I thought it was odd, so I called to make sure. Did I miss a notification about a change in this years after 4th of July’s pick up?. So I called 7/6 @ 1:09 pm, a girl by the name of Rebecca answered. I said hello, gave her my address and said I just wanted to make sure if the trash service had been by. I tried to explain, the reason why I was calling. But she interrupted me as soon as she realized what the question was and very sternly told me “ Ma’am the trash is delayed ONE DAY after a holiday!”. I then proceeded to explain the reason why I was calling. Again, before I’m done with my sentence she repeated the same thing but now raised her voice and was very sarcastic!. Now… she really upset me with her lack of professionalism. As I’m trying to tell her that I didn’t appreciate her sarcasm, she kept talking over me. I said I’m the customer, you’re being rude- don’t talk over me. Her response was - ‘ don’t yell at me and DONT tell me what to do!!”. … I said I can’t tell you not to yell at me, are you for real???. I’m raising my voice to get YOU to lower your voice and stop talking over me. I asked for her manager she said it was Jessica and not available. Then she puts me on hold (I’m sure hoping I’d hang up). When she came back, she said “ are you done, are you going to let me speak’…. Let you speak???. You’re the one who keeps yelling at me. She clearly kept saying ‘stop yelling at me & can I speak’. So co- workers or mgmt on her end listening to her speak could think I’m just some crazy woman and her disgusting behavior was justified. She put me on hold another (TWO ) times during our conversation. Then cold transfers me to Nate. Who not ONCE apologized for her behavior. Just listened and said to call Friday to speak to Jessica her direct supervisor. or call later @ 2:30 to speak to Phillip.. I understand working for the trash company making low wages isn’t glamorous, fun, fulfilling or getting them up the business latter to high achievement. But it’s a job that keeps them out of the unemployment & welfare line. It pays the bills!!. And I get it, if I was Rebecca to inept to handle Customer Service at a trash company level then clearly I’m not qualified to handle more. I’d wake up annoyed, frustrated & irritated! too!. But, she still shouldn’t be allowed to speak to customers the way she did. My initial question was polite & quick. There was absolutely NO NEED for her outburst!. Your recording states at the beginning that the calls are recorded. Well you need to pull that call and the one @ 1:15 when I called back after she hung up on me . When I called back is when she yelled some more, put me on hold & then cold transferred me to Nate. My hats off to actual drivers doing a fantastic job with a smile!. But the office employees, at least Rebecca not the case. She needs to have her reins pulled back. I’m sorry that you hate your job Rebecca, but it is a job!. And you’re not getting paid to unleash your bitterness at your customers!!!. You may have felt at the end of our call satisfaction for your behavior. But knowing that I’m not you, living your life! - is MY satisfaction!!! :) Thank you Jesus!! 🙏🏼
The weekly schedule pick up is always good with no problems. This is directed to the owners of the company. I was being given the run around when I wanted to make a complaint against one of your employees, Rebecca she was so rude and condescending to the point of yelling at me. I think you should listen to the recording to prove my point. No person must less a customer should be treated like that. If you allow your employees to act this way and speak to anyone that way,then shame on you.
They are on time with customer deliveries and pick ups once your done with all the HOARDING you have collected. They Take Cash Flow on point of delivery.
I have never had any issues, the drivers are great and the driver that brings out the extra large bins was extremely helpful. The people who answer the phones are fantastic.

The drivers Lie about trash cans not being out so that they can collect a 11 dollar surcharge for coming again to pick up a trash can that has been out there for days. CALMET WAS 100000 times better than these clowns.
We were forced to take them as a service because of a city wide mandate. The prices were the same. Then a few months later, they increase the charge substantially! They have us over a barrel because we are not allowed to choose our trash provider. This is truly highway robbery! There is no room for negotiation allowed!

Our HOA has used NASA for many years now. They do a great job. When there have been some problems, they are rectified quickly. For example, we had a hole in our bin and it was leaking. The very next trash day, a new bin was delivered. Very rare to find a company that is so responsive.
The worst company to work with. It is a crime that we are mandated to use their services. They have increased their pricing and NEVER pick up our garbage despite their claims. miserable, honestly, we have no other choice.
These people have one god dayum job to do and they can’t even do it! I have to be calling every other week because they come with a stupid excuse why they didn’t pick up my trash recycle or green. They try saying they took photos of my house saying my green wasn’t out but when I asked for it they don’t want to give it to me. This has been the worst trash company I’ve been with and it’s barley started happening couple years ago it was never this bad!
