My mortgage company used them for my refinance, no communication took forever for them to move on getting the refinance complete. Once the loan funded still was unable to get my funds on funding date. Nothing was completed in a timely manner from direct deposit to getting payoff from my mortgage company to paying off the debt thru the refinance. Next time I’m going to ensure they are not used.
