The girls are so kind and helpful. All the associate are new and have great customer service. They are very professional and are there for their associate not like other agencies. Jessica is the one who helped me apply and got me a job the first day. She was very professional and also helped me with my resume. When my job ended she had another one lined up for me. You need to check this agency out they are awesome. I recommend go in the morning to apply.

They cant preform their duties as a agent an provide or inform people any updates on a simple check i was to be paid for show up time 2 weeks ago an still have yet to be paid this is the third on going week an i was told to come om friday to pick up my check an i came on Monday as i was informed to come if not able to arrive on friday

Miss Erika that is at snak king in the city of industry is a very good person at what she does. She will have your bac if youre in the right she hasnt let me down yet she has my full respect along with a few others tha are on my shift. This place truly sucks!!it takes you like two hours to fill out all the paperwork answer all the questions in the computer etc etc... and it’s fine but what happens is that they tell you to report every day to see if they have found something for you and I’ve been waiting for close to two months ....You call before they close and they have nothing for you,, you call in the morning when they are priority supposed to be answering the phones at 8:30 AM which is when they supposedly open... my friend went and she said that the ladies were all there and it was already 9:00 am and they weren’t opening the door ... And that is been like 3 months and they havent call her either !!you call and nobody answers...And since I live in the area I go there sometimes and they’re doing nothing they just make you sit and wait when they’re doing nothing but talking to each other wasting my time... I just wish there was a phone number where you can call and report this agency !!!

Ive been working for this agency for at least 8 months and their service is pretty decent, the only reason Im writing this review is because I had to wait 3 weeks for a check, every time I called they said I would have it or that they were checking with the company I had worked for. If they had been sincere I would have not written this review, but instead every call was the usual run around or an empty promise. There were also times when they would forget to deposit my check and I would have to pick it up. They are reliable in terms of getting you a job if you pass a drug test, once you do they call you and vaguely describe what you would be doing, 9 out of 10 times the description doesnt match up to what youre doing, but they never care since they still make money off you.

Their services is great but I think people who wrote bad reviews about it are most likely trying to find a job which they can site down and not doing anything at all. I had the easiest job for them they just slow pace like they don’t care and not showing up the next day. How in the world are you supposed to find a real job in this real world? Who wants to hire you if you couldn’t even perform such basic skill? Special skills, GE degree you have none, not even sure high school diplomas. Not trying to put them down but ask yourself what kind of qualifications do you have and how much do you think you can make if you don’t even try to put effort to complete the job just in 1 day.

Extremely unprofessional staffing agency that will have you waiting weeks for a possible job opening to interview for a place and then you have to hope they dont hire someone else before they even interview you and wo t even give you notice so odds of you wasting your gas driving miles out of your way is extremely high especially when dealing with the unprofessional behavior of their employees (mel and karina) just to name a few thenonly employee they had with any semblance of having professional behavior no longer works there so keep that in mind before trying to play the waiting game with this extremely unprofessional agency

This place found a place for my husband to work my husband for work but hes been working many many hours like 55 hours a week and theyre only paying him for 40 5 every week he has to call them and complain about is timecard so hes being shortchanged and its a headache so I dont recommend them at all. Becareful if you get hired by them because youre going to be calling them and complaining complaining.

Great staff, applied on a Thursday, started working Monday, up to this day im in still in that job 4 months .

Very unprofessionally unskilled or racist,I called to see if they had any jobs available for me and they tried to supposedly send me to city of industry, they were supposed to text me the address but never did so I went in since I was in the area and after they gave me the address I found out it was actually in diamond bar, so two hours later I called again and was told to come in and sign a form for accepting a closer job, I told her I was taking the bus and she told me it was 7 minutes up the street by one bus, and only had 30 minutes to get there and upon looking for the directions myself it was actually two buses away.Idk how they did a whole typo on my name even thought I filled out my application correctly so now my check is spelled incorrectly, and they said any bank will cash my check so I went over to Wells Fargo and they wont do it unless I have an account because the check is for a specific companyIt was very stressful trying to work for this company under my circumstances. Try somewhere else.

The place is not comfortable, the staff is attentive but they are not enough, parking is complicated.

It is really a headache to work in this place, there are some girls who take care of you as if their work was the worst thing in their lives. And for the 5 star reviews I think they are rating themselves. Then if your work starts at 5 they have to arrive 1 hour before to make a line and mark your card without this time being paid the same when you leave you leave at 5 to work and it takes 40 minutes to mark your departure again all this time without pay, so you cant work, sorry.

I like it if they help the community ..aunqir a beses send one away to work and do not strive to get one closer
