Im at this place as I write this review, after being here yesterday, waiting for them to get here(just like yesterday). I came to get my screen fix. I left yesterday with a fixed screen, but had new problemS. So Im here today to address the issues they caused, they dont care, basically want me to pay all over again. Im here hoping they can do better than this. Because so far this is the wrist customer service Ive ever experienced. I will be updating this when I leave. Hope I can give them a better rating after I leave... But for now. Id say dont spend your money here. When I finish paying... I could have bought the phone new for cheaper.

Wish they had a zero star!! Dishonest, incompetent and rude. Youve been warned. I came in to get my back glass cover on my Samsung galaxy s9 repaired, but had newer problems after getting it replaced. I notice that the rear camera is really... Fuzzy, blurry and unable to focus. So I went back next day to address the issues they caused, they dont care, basically called me a liar, said my phone was already like that before bringing it to them. They Did not seem eager to help me. Never before have I had this problem, it was working perfect prior to me coming herre. They told me to bring back my phone the next day to take a look, but i choice not to return back, i can not trust them again with my phone. Had to find a new place to get my camera repaired. And Had to pay for what they caused. This is not a way to run a buisness SHADY SHADY SHADY!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

Yes it is remarkable that can unlock your phone they can change your LCD screens fix your buttons repair water damage and they have almost all the accessories Etc cetera cetera

Wasnt even open on posted hours. Tried going in at 12PM and sign said closed with no notice or anything

They could not fix my phone, which is fine but they took 5 days without returning it. They never called me to update me or anything. I had to keep calling them. They were rude to me and my mother.
