This was an overall great experience for me. Adrian Almaraz was really helpful to my parents and I. I know working with older people can be difficult but Adrian demonstrated great patience towards my parents. He made them feel comfortable at all times while still giving out all the information that we needed. I would definitely recommend this location to all people especially first comers.

They stopped accessing the car insurance I bought through them. I no longer have an agent unless I drive to another cost u less, and its a bit out of the way in LA. Its easier to just deal with my insurance directly now via phone and email. Other insurance agencies said they cant help me because I purchased the insurance through cost u less. The only thing cost u less can do now is fax things to Safeway. The guy wasnt able to even email to Safeway. He was rude when I went. When I can afford it, Ill switch insurance.

Extremely poor customer service. The staff excluded me from the policy for no reason. They constantly do this! Low quality service from a cheap insurance

I had a requirement for an Sr-22 insurance so I called Cost-U-Less only to be provided with standard liabilty. I then had to pay cancelation fees and lose $120 on my refund and then pay for a new policy due to their gross incompetents. This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with in my life. They couldnt get it right so I had to pay for it. *Update after I spoke to customer service as stated below they continued to insist it was my fault and offered to resolve the matter in no means at all. This company is dishonest and will cost you more.
